I'll give it a try thanks. i thought it may have been a blu ray laser issue because last week the power in my street went out whilst the ps3 was still on

if it happened all of a sudden after a power outage, esp if yur poor ps3 was on, i'd have to agree on a hardware fault i'm afraid. ps3's hate power switching.

most voilent? bioshock! may not be super gory but its deffo voilent! untold ways to dispose of foes, more i believe than any of the above mentioned games..

how about this:

get a Laptop 2.5-Inch to Desktop 3.5-Inch IDE Hard Drive Adapter Converter ($9 from amazon)

put yur ps3 hdd in a desktop as a 2nd drive, boot up and copy your saved games to the com ready to be transferred onto mem stick

i'm not sure that you can keep your game data tho' as i'm sure its locked to the ps3 and the chances of you getting your same console back are very slim as i believe you'll get a refirb. but if you rescue your saved games then all is not lost as you can just reinstall your games.

I hit something that got me 10 mil in one shot. It was in single player and I have no idea what it was. This happened on the El Dorado cabinet.emitsu97

i think i have it sussed what gives out the high score within a few seconds on this table. after you launch the ball and hold the left flipper up to aquire the skill shot, if you hit the ball as it drops past the left mid flipper , it fly's right to where the "lost in the jungle" event is and hits some target that gives you a random score. i've had 2 million as my max from this, but usualy it gives 500k, im 99% sure its this now.

you can do this from any launch ball

yeh the tesla is awesome- its a toss up between that and el-d for me

the zero load time after "game over" makes this game have "just one more go" disease morer than any ive played in a long time..

ahh maybe thats what it is then in the mp game i experiened, and 10m, wow, my alltime high score for el-d is only around 6.5m at the moment. i'm still figuring out how to work the tables..

Yeah, I did something in an online match on the V12 table that got me an instant 5 million points. No idea what it was and I've never been able to repeat it. I don't like that table anyway.

of the 4 tables V12 seems the hardest for sure. gotta say tho' the artwork for all four tables is astounding!
