If you like Fallout, you can't go wrong with Oblivion.

it really depends on what you like and what your PC specs,
if you like the NWN games I'd go with the NWN2, if you'll ask me a good RPG game is Dragon Age: Origins - latest and greatest.
there something in NWN games that I don't like, but NWN2 is really improved version of NWN original game.
oh and I'll go with The Witcher Enchanced Edition as well, if Fallout 3 doesn't appeal you

Yeah, my PC has VERY low specs (an integrated graphics card, less than a gig of ram and 1.6 dual processor).
I haven't been playing games that long (only about 3 years now) and am very late to the party regarding PC games. I enjoy RPGs and saw that Neverwinter Nights 1 Diamond edition is going for 15 bucks on Amazon. However, I only intend to play it singleplayer and I have heard that it is only good online. Should I pick it up for the singleplayer only or pass it by?
Online game population wise, I think it's only second to WOW.
Guild Wars all the way. No subscription fees, runs great on just about any relatively new windows and the graphics look awesome.
Another clarification: I also have a 360, but I'm more interested in PC RPGs.
I've put about 90 hours into morrowind.
I'll narrow it down: I've played all the Elder Scrolls games, Guild Wars, Torchlight and that's really about it (I haven't been gaming that long, only about 3 years).
I'm a big fan of WRPGs (Elder Scrolls, dungeon crawlers, etc.), but I have a pretty bad laptop. Here are the specs:
Windows XP
250 gig hard drive
896 megs ram (this weird number has something to do with the integrated graphics card)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150
AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile 1.6 GHz
I don't want any MMO recommendations.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks. @cfamgcn No offense!
I would prefer it if people who don't play don't post. :D
