I'm feeling about steering away from SOCOM for some reason. i played from 1st beta through the 3rd one and loved it, but its been so long, I feel a little skeptical about getting pumped for it. I'm not sure if ill like that gameplay again compared to what we have today (CoD4).

I hate to say it, but I wouldn't take anyones advice at this point. I've researched this myself and everyone has different answers. It would make since for it to be on a PS2 disc but then again the eb games box shows it as a Playstation 1 disc. Wait to hear from an offical source.

I'm on a FF7 play through myself. What happens is when you save at the end of Disc 1, you just reload that save when you put in the 2nd disc, so even though it quits out you, you just start right where you left off anyway.

I love FF games, i've played most of em. But for some reason I would feel content if it ended with XIII. Not saying more would be bad though...

They work fine. Also, if you have a PS3 and a physical PS1 disc, you can play that PS1 game in your PSP through remote play and it will run fine, depending on your wi-fi signal of course.C-Himura

Can you access your game saves on the PS3 aswell?

yeah. And if you have a psp slim you can hook it up to a tv outside your home and stream all the stuff on your hard drive or play the few games that support remote play like lair, that poker game, pixeljunk monsters, etc. basically makes your PS3 transportable in your pocket.RED_NAVE

Does the PS3 have to be on while you are doing all this?
