well you can bet this part will be true!
Until GT6 comes out, which is more than likely since normally 2 huge GT games come out each gen since the PS1 era.:P Oh now that you look it that way may be they are developing GT5 and GT6 simultaneously :p.That explains that it is always 90% done ;)
