I downloaded the demo when it came out, and the only game-mode availible for online play was Gold rush, and now that the full game is out (I bought the gold edition) I can't seem to find any game modes. Are they serious? I mean, NO free-for-all, NO regular team-deathmatch? Is this a joke?

Does anybody still play Phantasy Star Universe Online? I just bought the expansion(1600 Points) and the game is great, but I have never seen anyone in the lobbies. SO I'm just wondering, does anybody here still play this game online regularly?

My gamertag is SG1989 if you play, I'm online right now

GTA Franchise:

The Good:

GTA(III) revolutionized sandbox gaming. The games have great storylines and feel like you playing a movie.

The bad:

They are extremely repetetive and the only replay value is to use cheats and kill people.
Almost every mission is:
1. Steal a Car.
2. Drive/Chase somewhere
3. Kill people(s)
4. Lose your wanted level.

And the most recent problem almost everyone has with GTA(IV), less features than previous title (San Andreas).

Saint's Row

The Good:

You build up respect as you go along, and you don't have to fight by yourself all the time.
The game may be very similar to GTA, but has been deeper and more fun.

The Bad:

Some of the humor is forced and overdone.
It has been called a GTA Clone or Rip-off.
Painful display of showing off hip-hop culture.

Comment: I have GTA IV(Xbox 360) and cant stand the repetetive missions, horrible frame rate, and the horrible depiction of the Russian and Serbian language, that's why I made this post.

How do I install GTA IV to my Xbox 360's hard drive? I know on PS3 it is mandatory but is it even an option for the 360? I really cannot stand the framerate anymore. So does anybody know how to do this or if its even possible?

I just got my Xbox 360 Pro, and Call of Duty 4, and I can now truly say that you guys converted me from a Nintendo Fanboy to a Microsoft Fanboy. And I am glad. Already pre-ordered GTA: IV and I see a great furute for me and my 360.

Can anyone reccomend accesories or games?

And is the wireless internet adapter REALLY a hundred freakin bucks???

[QUOTE="tmntPunchout"]Either way, you'll want to wait. You can't buy any new/decent games with that money.spinecaton

Xbox 360 = 350.00$

1 new game = 60$

Taxes at 7% = 28

Total = 438.

But you wouldn't be a fully content gamer that is for sure.

The EB games by me sells used XBOX 360's for $199.99. And even if it was just one game, if that game was GTA IV I think I would be fully content for a while :)

[QUOTE="ffxfanforever"]

I have $450.00.

And I want to buy either a PS3 or an Xbox 360.

And I have some questions.

1. Which system has better graphics.
2. Which system has more exclusive titles.
3. Which one will be my money's worth???

HappyAppe

By doing some quick research, you should be able to answerl all those questions quite easily on your own, and find the console which caters more towards your own preferences.

I've done all that and come to the conclusion that one is no better than the other. To tell you the truth, I came here for biased answers because of that reason.

Also, TC... if you want a more cinematic experience, go watch a movie. If you want to play a game then pick something with the gameplay you like and not which has the better graphics, bigger storage space, etc. If you don't like Nintendo's games, then don't play them. But don't come here and say that the only reason why you were a Nintendo fanboy was because you were a Nintendo fanboy. That makes absolutely no sense.

Also, Square Enix makes Final Fantasy games... not Sony. :)

kansasdude2009

I grew up on Nintendo, and only like a handful of Sony's System's games. And I never liked Sony's original games, I only like Square-Enix's. I only liked the sony systems because they had those games. And I believe games SHOULD have a cinematic experience, it's all about entertainment. The more cinematic a game is, the more in touch you become with it's storyline and characters. If you're main character is a plumber who always let's his girl get kidnapped by a turtle for 20+ years, you become deattatched and just play it for fun, for a high score, for all that stuff. Cinematic games give you more emotion and connection.

[QUOTE="TheMysticHorse"]All consoles equally suck. If you were a true gamer you'd have become a hermit. PC is the only viable gaming system after all.black_awpN1

I thought PC gaming was dying off?

I really have no problem with PC gaming, I just can't afford a good gaming PC.
