Electrical tape would probably be easier. However, using electrical tape on a controller will make it look like crap. Unless, of course, you intend to make it look like crap by getting into character for a game like Fallout 3. Also, I care what happens on my monitor AND on my crotch.

The PS4 likely won't have the same issues as the PS3. The problems you speak of is likely due in part to porting to a console that uses a cell processor. Due to the PC-like architecture in the PS4, it should be easier to port between consoles next generation.

I'm not convinced that there are many U.S. OR Canadian employers that wouldn't have fired him whether he was actually proved of doing it. Companies don't want their reputations soiled and will cleanse their hands of any employees they deem to be a problem.
