@neonite: Dragon age inquisition would be putting this game on to high of a pedestal, How they even let this out the door with the shameful grapahics and failing story and horrific main character is beyond me.

This was honestly my worst mistake in all my ps4 game purchasing history and I love the Mass Effect Series. It looks like this thing was made for the PS3, WTH, really? The biggest gaming letdone in years for me. :( :( 2017 GOTY EPIC FAIL

Agree 100% the upscaling is wonderful.

Actually it is a big investment, it cost me $1600 for a True 4k HDR Tv, I.E HDR 10.0 and Dolby Vision 2.0 HDR. Do not fall into the trap of just buying a supposed HDR tv. Check the specs.

$400 for the Ps4 Pro and $250 for a Samsung 4k HDr player since sony really screwed up and did not put a 4k player in there, one of the biggest reason not to buy imho considering a crappy xbox S have a 4k player and you can pick it up for 199$...

Sad thing is my PC still looks better, with a GTX 970sc../sigh anyways it's nice to game on 65" and in a recliner instead of my 30" in a office chair.....

Honestly it's the most costly upgrade i've ever made considering the small return....

I had to say this but this game looks shameful and it depth is shallow, PS4/PC owner so no bias, just the truth.

Going to stay with my EVGA GTX 970 SSC++ for at least 1 more year.

Has it gotten any better /or more depth with new patches and DLC?

This is why I own a PC and PS4 full disclosure... but in Pc's we have planned obsolesence and adjust our budgets for it..i.e. I buy a new graphics card every 2-3 generations and do not bitch and moan... But console owners are like omg a more powerful ps4 I must buy to do V.R. that's bullshit my orignal ps4 should do it all at decent capability ...wake the f up!
