No, what would be the right decision would be if they released VC Games on eShop and you could choose to download for Wii U or 3DS - and you only have to download it once to have it on either platform you own.

There's probably a technical issue with the way Nintendo's current architecture is that prevents this from already happening, which is annoying because it's a big deal.

I've been watching X-Men The Animated Series on Netflix over the last couple of days. At first I downloaded the whole series and put them on my Nexus 7. The download I had was terrible quality, then someone at work told me the whole series is on Netflix. I have Netflix but I barely use it but I found out both X-Men (1992) and The Amazing Spider-Man (1994) are on it. On top of that I've been watching House of Cards and Archer too, all of a sudden Netflix became a lot more useful to me.

Anyway back to X-Men. I never really realized how awful the voice work was, I always thought it was awesome as a kid. Watching the first few episodes I was kind of shocked, some of it is pretty bad as is the animation. Also I've started to realize how old I am. 1992 doesn't seem like that long ago but holy shit that's 22 years ago!

They are making a new console. They always start making their next console as soon as the new one releases. Everyone does.
