Obama will work to overturn the Supreme Court's recent ruling that curtails racial minorities' and women's ability to challenge pay discrimination. Obama will also pass the Fair Pay Act to ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.

Expand Hate Crimes Statutes

Obama will strengthen federal hate crimes legislation, expand hate crimes protection by passing the Matthew Shepherd Act, and reinvigorate enforcement at the Department of Justice's Criminal Section.

End Deceptive Voting Practices

Obama will sign into law his legislation that establishes harsh penalties for those who have engaged in voter fraud and provides voters who have been misinformed with accurate and full information so they can vote.

End Racial Profiling

Obama will ban racial profiling by federal law enforcement agencies and provide federal incentives to state and local police departments to prohibit the practice.

Reduce Crime Recidivism by Providing Ex-Offender Support

Obama will provide job training, substance abuse and mental health counseling to ex-offenders, so that they are successfully re-integrated into society. Obama will also create a prison-to-work incentive program to improve ex-offender employment and job retention rates.

Eliminate Sentencing Disparities

Obama believes the disparity between sentencing crack and powder-based cocaine is wrong and should be completely eliminated.

Expand Use of Drug Courts

Obama will give first-time, non-violent offenders a chance to serve their sentence, where appropriate, in the type of drug rehabilitation programs that have proven to work better than a prison term in changing bad behavior.

FIRST Pay inequity. This is the same trash that has been talked about for years. Where did obamas stats come from?

His plan for this is to give BLACKS and WOMAN the ability to challenge their employer about their pay if they "feel" like they are being discriminated against. This takes away your right to run your business the way you want and at the same time putting your business in the hands of the government making it more powerful. This is also going to take up more of your tax dollars. Less money and freedom from you and more in the hands of the government.

SECOND Hate crimes? Are not any crime against another hateful? Again using race to seperate something. If it is black on black it is not a hate crime if it is black on white it is? BS a crime is a crime. Again giving government more power to control.

THIRD voter opression of MINORITIES, he has a study of the rise of this, where is it? His solution is more power to the government to decide what information the voter needs to make a decision? Communism anyone.

FOURTH disparities in the criminal justice system. Again too many minorities are being busted and harassed. His problem is that whites are not being busted as much as blacks. I guess he has to bust more whites, that is racist flat out. Another That is straight crap is giving the offenders rehabilitation. Not with my tax dollars. They could have seeked help before they got in trouble. It must be tough being a criminal if you have to promote this.

He is a clown

Things seem to be coming down so hard right now. I had some city inspector come by and ask if I had a permit for the deck I built over a month ago. What the hell. I dont need a permit to have a deck, maybe to build one but not to have one. So this just does not happen, somebody had to call about it. So every contractor will tell you that this never happens unless somebody calls. Now that somebody has called they also know that is not a big deal unless you are in the city where the inspectors suk. I live in the city. So now I have to survey the land and submit plans. What the f man all for a deck. This type of crap NEVER happens. Contractors dont pull permits for decks EVAR. Then my wife got a job offer at the hospital she has been trying to get into for ever and so she left the full time job she had for this part time one to get her foot in the door. Well this straight up B that was training my wife, found out she was not getting the transfer she wanted and would not be getting the job she wanted. So she treated my wife like trash, did not train her, and made insulting remarks to her until she broke down into tears. She then proceded to tell the hiring manager, that fought to get my wife the position, that my wife refused to learn her job. She was then let go by the human resources dept. I was so fin mad it was sick. I have a rental house that I need to find renters for as of Aug 29. More stress. Then to make it even better we have to reapply for her visa. She needs ties to the Country and a job is the biggest part of that. It just cant be timed ant better for a disaster. So I have a good struggle in front of me now. It is a small thing when you put life into perspective though. I have faith that I am in Good Hands and will make it through this.

So I wanted to get Alone in the Dark. Well the game seems to be a no go, so I did not get it. I usually check all the reviews to get a decent answer on if it is good or not. Well a week 4 days later I got it and once again it is doo doo. The gamespot reviews are so lame. This time it was "use a sword, use a chair, use a this, use a that, and use one of these, and use one of those, WHAT EVER just use it and talk about the game. I tell you there is more filler in these reviews than substance. If you check it out listen to how he talks about the eye blinking. He is not funny at all, another bad review.

Tavern Puzzles are my new drug of choice. My wife gave one to our friends dad as a gift for allowing us to stay at his beach house. So I had to get one. I just love those type of puzzles. They have one ring you have to get off of a group of other metal pieces. So now I ordered a pack of 4 and it has taken me 20 min for each one so I need to get harder puzzles. If you like those things look up Tucker Jones tavern puzzles.

Man I had another episode last night. It is crazy sometimes when you get manic. I got so mad and just slammed my phone into the ground and shattered it to hell. Now I need to get another one and have no money to do this type of junk. So anyway 10 minuites after it happened I was back to normal. I think I may need to change my doses of meds a little. It is just really hard now with all of the stress going on. The money and the job situation of my wife and stuff like that. Things will be fine, everybody goes through some hard times I have faith that it is for the best.

I know it is not a new release but I just saw it for the first time last night. It is pretty damn funny. I really like to see the place that they work in. I would love to be a tester. Anyway it is a fun watch. Check it out.

The dude says the hand to hand is great the gun play is ok but the hand to hand is great, you will like the hand to hand, it sounds cool. Thats it. What is wrong with these people?
