I got the full game and here's what i think of the game, have you ever play shinobi in sega or sega saturn? its similar to that, theres a magic element in it, and theres tactic involved a lot of hyperdash and dodge and its true its really abusing quick time event to the point you cant relax while watching the cutscene.

so far the gameplay mechanics is ok, fast and creative like in devil may cry, you can basically combine any moves with any type of sword on the fly. if you really good at it you can really go for 100 hits combos. (part of achievement too). FOR ME, its better than ninja gaiden coz they vary the gameplay a bit with a little bit of shooting, quick time event and really a non stop action with limited amount of health. so its as challenging as ninja gaiden.

just the first stage alone they give you 2 bosses to fight just after you learned the basic moves. so its really up to everyone's opinion is I guess. what i suggest you to do is rent or try the demo yourselves. or buy it, finish it, and sell it.

its better to switch the power off, the reason is for your health if you sleep near it, then there wont be any sort of radiation or radio signal. and secondly it is better to switch it off just in case you accidentally trigger the ps button on your sixaxis. it will turn on the system easily. and without your tv on or audio system you wont notice if your ps3 on accidentally, that could waste your ps3 system if it run in a long period.

thats it you said it yourselves, new characters, crawling, new weapon, maps, king of the hill, horde mode...dont get me wrong if thats the addition you expect to get from fps. then i dare say street fighter 4 gave you the additiontheir seriesneeds.

they gave you new char, focus attack which you can toy around with your opponent mind, super to ultra, cutting moves through focus attacks, icon, title, ranks, records, challenge,...online...which is new to the fighting era so it still a bit laggy if you could not find a good connectionbut at least they tried. and 3d mix with 2d style which everyone says its pretty

but you have to admit right some addition to GOW2 is utterly useless, example crawling...who ever survives when they are in their crawling state in online play?? same goes to SF4 ultra moves its a bit stupid if you cant cancel it with normal moves and have to waste 2 bar to Focus attack and dash..their ultra moves is incredibly slow and almost impossible to land without any help of combo and focus attack.

so i'd like to say to you that to mostfighting fans knows that 60 bux is worth it if youknow you gonna play it again and again maybe for 2 or 3 years, enjoy it,and put it to the test online or real time in arcades. and according to me maybe, just maybe some ppl play fighting games more often than they will play an fps overtime. its quick, fun and have a bright color which is good to look at. and if you piss of at something at work, its good for stress relieve if you can kickass.

to the person that said this game contain nothing new, well i would like to ask youwhat did Call of duty add to every new series (gun, perks, cinematics)??? in my opinion that also should have been there since they create an FPS game all that feature should have been there from the start. or even killzone or any other fps (what feature that these games have... really makes so much different than any other fps game?)

theres so many sequel did not addanything new at all if you put it that way. series are made to improve and surely this SF4 add something new whether it is for good or bad. super, ultra, focus, new char, 3dand you said its nothing new. its all just button mashing...over and over again.. I guess if we all just turn our TV off and put playstation on then we all know that all we do is just basically pressing button over and over again in every game ever invented...isnt that right?

trust me this game is not hard, it is how its fighting game meant to be played. if you want all char to have the same button type or easy moves wheres is the fun in that? how could you feel you have mastered the moves when all you do is just pressing a few shortcut and bamm!!!?? what i want to say is dont be discouraged by it, learn it and have fun..if you lose hey thats what practice is there for. tips from my personal exp: if you find it really hard, play one char and one char only for a week and practice it. by the time you're done with it you should be able to remember the moves and know how and when to use it. and if you want to test it, play with the hardest cpu (trust me hardest cpu is harder than fighting online person:) lol. on saying that doesnt mean online person is weak is just cpu know what you're going to do before you pull it off - this call motion detection). that way you play more conservatively and good for building your skills.

Every fighter has a disadvantages and advantages, normally in every 2d fighter charged character have a quick escape moves or recovery moves, like guile sonic flash, example you're down and your enemy jump right at you to confuse you or to give you the beating of your life. you can hold the down button while youre down and up K, by the time you get up and that is call escape moves and have 80% success rate, which cant be pulled off by non charged character, non charged character in this situation simply block or betting on the shoryuken which hardly wins and end up gettin a beat.

Also advantages of charged characters normally they can follow up their projectile moves, sonic boom guile you can practically walk along with your sonic boom and confuse your enemy. while ryu and ken will not be able to under a normal condition.

example of other fighting games that does this: heidern in kof, kim in fatal fury, ash in kof

all in all if you master it, it will worth your while, tough and unique character to beat.

Cmon man you cant avoid these things. players have tendency to use their most comfortable characters when facing randoms opponent. and name me a fighting games that everyone use different character every time?

Fatal fury: Terry, Andy and Joe (the most), KOF: Iori and Kyo, Guilty Gear: Sol badguy and Ky. Art of fighting: Ryo, Robert and Takuma and the list goes on...

so you just have to accept the fact that not all ppl able to go out of their comfortable zone..thats all im saying...but just enjoy the game and let everyone play as whoever they want to be, if you are good at it then you dont have to worry right? Think of it as a bonus point or trophy for you. Cause as you said you know their every move predict their behaviour so it should be no sweat right???

another point will be the game just released a couple days ago, maybe thats the reason ppl only ryu and ken as they are the most accessible character at this point in time, give it a little time then you will see a lot of variation

psn id: Flio. ( I never use the same character twice against the same person, so if you like variation you are welcome to add me and have fun and clean fight)

I sort of hate when ppl says street fighter 4 is not deep, because I bet that they only know how to do the basic moves and could not be bother to combine with focus and etc, etc...or...I'd like to say maybe you only playing with ppl who knows 3 chain combos or maybe you dont know how to get deeper into the system of the game, im not even a fan of SF. in normal days i play KOF but since theres no recent release of the series I better keep my hand trained with 2d fighters and at this time is SF4. but I can assure you my fellow fighter that this game is deep if you dont believe me try the hard challenge.

Also i'd like to remind you that this game is not Mortal Kombat where you have to finish your enemy by fatality. coz i fought a guy yesterday..he tried so hard to be an expert by trying to kill me by ULTRA moves, hes desperately want to land it and caused him to lose everytime, I beat him by 7-0 his name is ChickenAlienz....but its funny though coz you can read him just like a book. ppl like him makes the game boring coz you can just predict everything. Every moves has a purpose, just because its flashy doesnt mean it have be done in every single match.

So again When a fighting games doesnt allow you to RUN doesnt mean theres no technique. thats how its meant to be played, theres hardly a grappler on sf series, so theres nt much need to running all accross the screen. as every other street fighter games I have tried,....its not about how fast you are as a fighter but how smart you are...its a mind game really.

this is just my opinion, since i played the demo theres a mixed feeling about this game and tons of questions..make me want to buy the game and find out. well hope you guys enjoy it and please enlighten me with your answer.

why does the body dissapear after you kill them? why does the gameplay not as fluid as RE4 and why is the item indicator still there (blue light), i hope if i play it on hard there wont be any indication so feel more real...all in all its a great game the only thing i dont like about the game is how they make chris stood still while aim, it feels he just stuck in a hole and can only rotate, can he be more of a soldier, able to move around a bit while aim, personally i think its more tense that way because you can search the whole house slowly and ready to fire. isnt it? i know some ppl say its help the game environment. my thought is if the developer intent to make horror game/action and real, the character you play have to react on what normal ppl would do at least...

If you think aim and walking does not make sense and dont like my opinion, i can only ask you one thing, why do you have to get the distance to kill the zombies and once they get closer to you, you run again and shoot...isnt it the same as practically real if you just aim and walking backwards and shoot???

firstly you have to disable media server in ps3 under network settings, Once disable you can go to your router firewall and open the port for your ps3 (if confused how to do this, google around), that should get you to a more stable network connection, and lastly it could be the game server, happened to COD 4 in previous year. also to boost your signal as you said you have 80% connection that shouldnt get you disconnected (stable) it probably caused by signal interference or multiple user using the signal. try to find what other devices are actively using your wireless router. (Wii, mobile, internet and etc.)
DNS error is mostly a router configuration error, if you dont want to mess around with the config, i suggest you buy a long ethernet cable and connect with wired connection, it will greatly improve your ps3 connection.
