This game was really good. It was very fast paced but kept a clean frame rate. The graphics were very stunning and the sounds were very crispy and clean. The Pro Logic 2 setting really worked this time around. I give it a 9.5/10.

I recommend it to the HardCore Racer and the average gamer.

I think my router has been acting up recently and I hope that it doesn't affect gaming online on the Xbox. Damn this. I just upgraded the firmware too. I wonder if that's the reason why...hmmm.

sleeping earlier has literally fried my brain making a mindless zombie and people at school are gay and uncool, except for my friends. since im getting xbox with xbl and halo 2 i hope that ill have time to game it up and stuff. omg but yeah hopefully this year turns out okay. any you of you guys having this problem?

Man time does fly by when you're having fun. I'm starting school in 2 hours so it's kind of nerve racking. AHHH. My best friend is going to my school now which I think is awesome. Gaming is going to be hard with all the homework and whatnot. Studying is going to be a pain in the ass. Hahaha. Oh well, everything is worth it in the end right?...RIGHT?! When do you guys start school and what are your thoughts?

I have decided to get an Xbox with Xbox Live. My mom will pay for the Xbox Live and I just have to pay for the Xbox. So yeah, this next coming year will be very interesting! I have been questioning my self for quite a while whether I should upgrade my snail of a computer, or buy an Xbox. I have been leaning towards the Xbox because it is very powerful and has a substantially good amount of games that have very good replay value (CounterStrike and Halo Series). But, I also need a faster running computer and upgrades aren't going to work for my 10 year old half-ass system. Please give me some options or ideas to which option I should choose. Console wars...Xbox...Playstation2...Gamecube...everyday when I come to these forums, I have to read what all these people are thinking about each others systems. Since when was the console more important then the game?

-Harder to make games for because of translation

-Top of the line online play (when it comes to consoles) (Pay Monthly)
-Benchmark graphics
-733mhz Processor (fastest the console world has ever seen)
-DTS Decoder
-DVD player compatible
-4 Controller Ports/ 8 Memory Card Slots (in the controller)
-Great translation between PC/Xbox games
-Quickly growing library
-A controller that is easy to grip but harder to use compared to the PS2 Controller
-Backed by a very powerful corporation

-GameCube
-Not quite on par with the PS2 graphics
-4 Controller Ports
-An uncomfortable controller to grasp but nonetheless easy to use
-Online support but hard for gaming companies to put it to use
-Uses smaller disk sizes but same capacity
-Compatible with the GameBoy Advanced
-No Internal Storage
-Library filled with more colourful but enjoyable nonetheless

I am not going to make conclusions and say that this system is better then this one or this one sucks and this one rules all. I just want to give you all a good view on what you're saying is better then everything else. Each console has it's own ups and downs so I'll just let you decide that. Thanks for reading!

The phrase my parents use, "playing videogames all your life will get you no where" has given me a thought worth thinking. I started thinking about GameSpot (a very important website in my life) and how staff there are making money. And then it hit me...they're playing videogames! Maybe not all of them but I'm pretty sure that most are.

So then I thought, that is the best job anyone could ever have (in my opinion)! Being able to sit at your desk all day playing games (whether they're superb or mediocre) and review or preview them ( if that is what your hired to do). Or help make the website look better and better to the point where you can just sit and stare it it's beauty.

Although this job opportunity will never come my way, I just hope that some day I can make playing videogames my career.

So to the staff of GameSpot (whether you're reviewing videogames or making sure everyone is doing their job) , I take my hat off to you all. I have lots of respect for you all and continue doing such a great job that I know most people could never achieve doing. Thank you all!
