Part of what makes a good game for me is a good soundtrack

yes, the wiimote turns off when you start the gamecube game. It's fine to shut the console off after you've saved/finished your gamecube game

I think they should have made the wall jumps in 2 like it was in 3. Corruption's wall jumps with the screw attack was flawless but I can rarely even get it to work in 2... weird.

and dots on the map where pick ups are.

and a message saying when you've completed an area, ie finding all the items in an area. (ex all items in dark agon wastes found, or something along those lines)

It's sad that a last gen game is on that list. just sad.

I remember getting to the part where you get the hammer.

It was an alright game, but then it got too hard and I gave up. That was like.... 5 or 6 years ago :P

Metroid Prime is one of the best games ever : )

I just finished it about a month ago for the umpteenth time, and pretty soon here I'll be replaying MP2 for the umpteenth time :P

I'm only getting the game cuz I'm a resident evil fanatic.

To be honest, I can see why reviewers that aren't big fans of the RE universe wouldn't like this game. But oh well, that has nothing to do with me so bring on the bad reviews, doesn't change my decision to purchase.

oh, and anyone who actually reads gamespot reviews for wii games is just asking to get all angry and fired up.

don't care what scores it gets.

UC didn't exactly score high but I love the game.... and it seems like this game surpasses UC so it's an obvious buy
