Kill this franchise already, please! Or return to the roots. Otherwise, don't give them your money guys, they don't deserve it.

I don't trust Bethesda for a good pc game but i hope they help in the process of this game in a way that the end result will be very good. But i am sure that it's not going to be as good as Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Steam sucks, i don't get it why they transfer to that shitty platform.

I haven't played the game yet but i think i will like it, i trust Arkane Studios, Arx Fatalis was great, everyone mentions Bethesda for this but Arkane Studios is the developer, not Bethesda. And i don't think that this game should be compared to Assasin's Creed in a negative way because Arx Fatalis inspired Dishonored, a game that was released years before Assassin's Creed. Maybe AC was inspired by Arx Fatalis, not the other way around.

The gaming industry is shit right now. Unfortunately things will be worse due to CEOs that take advantage of the current situation with the casual gamers being more and more, wanting simple game mechanics. I haven't read the review yet but what i state is true damn it.

Shame on Gamespot, it's not the site it used to be. Now they need money from companies in order to write a good review. Or the game must have been made by Americans. Shame on Gamespot.

I never expexted to see such a negative review in this site, so i am glad Tom. Indeed, big companies follow trends and make rubbish fps games like modern warfare and the like. When modern warfare shifted to a modern era of war, leaving the world war 2 theme behind, it tried to be appealing to big masses. That stupid unrealistic game became succesful because newer gamers didn't really play older games, when, for example, you had to find a health pack or a med station so you can heal yourself (this is much more realistic than the shitty health regeneration, at least, it makes much sense that you don't autoheal) or you could finish the game in over 15 hours and nt in 4 hours like today's games. So, this casual audience got used to these rubbish shooters and every company tried to jump on the wagon and do the same over and over: short single player with stupid gameplay mechanics and multiplayer with the same mechanics that feel like an arcade game. Ok, i don't all shooters to be as realistic as Arma but to be like they used to be in the past, see Unreal, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Half-Life, Undying etc., meaning not just arcade rides for beginners. Unfortunately, companies nowadays are being run by people who only want to make money, not make a good game and show respect to the customer, they only know about marketing, they don't have the soul of old developers who showed respect to the fans.
