if not atleast a 9.0 this proves the wii biased and then i will personally hunt down whoever did the review and make a butt monkey come out of their butt (lol bruce almighty..)
Honestly dude, it really sounds like she might have accidentally hung up on you. It's pretty easy to do with a phone that has multiple lines and a hold function. I do it at work all the time. I mean, she speant an hour with you, she obviously cared and was doing whatever she could even if she couldn't do much. She had followed her protocol, and had exhausted all of her options. While I guess it is possible she just "hung up" on you, I couldn't really think she wasn't really going to get someone who could help you better. Why would she not do that and hang up instead. It just wouldn't make sense and that's just not how customer service (usually) should work. i would just try again later and keep some faith.
If it happens again...well that's a different story.
Now I love Nintendo. I am not a fanboy as I live life as objective as I possibly can. I always defended the Wii, but now that I have a 360 I'm starting to realize what all the negative comments are about. I got my Wii at launch on Midnight, but over the last 6-8 months I barely play the thing. Good games are far and few between, and when I do get a game they are usually short. I was looking forward to seeing people push the limits of the controller, but now with the massive sucess of the system, it seems as though the game companies are shying away from being too experimental or complex in order to milk the quick causal gamer buck.Falserthan
