[QUOTE="353535355353535"][QUOTE="formaldehyde27"]

Everyone has a future, and the truth is, that global warming is somewhat a natural thing, but our generation are accellerating the rate in which it happens. If everyone could smarten up and do simple things to reduce energy then maybe our children will be able to enjoy things that we do now, such as being able to go to the beach for longer then 15 before running the risk of severe burns and cancer.

Simple things include: turning off a light when you leave the room, turning your computer off at night, wakling instead of driving everywhere, recycle, go play sports instead of having your tv on 24/7.

it's simple, even more simple then complaining about global warming and screaming that we are all going to die :P

well, unfortunately, the only people who are willing to try to stop global warming are people living in the US. But, China, and just about all other heavily industrializing nations are not gonna stop their growing economies because of some theory

oh, and just one more thing, cars, TVs, and computers aren't the only thing causing global warming. One huge source is the heavy industry that so many nations depend on for economic growth. The only way to stop global warming would be to somehow make all other nations stop emitting green house gases. That ladies and gentlemen, is simply not going to happen

That's funny, because i don't recall saying that doing those thing soley would STOP global wrming, as you put it. You cannot stop global warming, it's a natural pattern in history for the earth to change. I was speaking of SLOWING global warming. Oh, and where do you think most energy comes from? Heavy industry :O

Oh please, the news only shows ice melting and dropping off the glaciers because IT HAPPENS EVERY YEAR. The ice melts a bit for summer, then comes right back for winter and this has been known for so long it's ridiculous. Global Warming is a complete farse.Chack1598

And you are entirely entitled to your own opinion. but what if you are wrong? i can consider that i could be wrong, but what's the harm in saving energy? You save money, you feel better about yourself, so it's a positive thing whether im right or wrong.
