No, there is evidence. You just have to look further than the front page of CNN or the Huffington Post to find it.

If I start posting links and arguments from the websites that I want to, this thread will probably get deleted like the last 2 that I made dealing with this subject. The bottom line is that multiple people who were in that theater said that-
-the shooter was wearing full tactical gear (could not be positively identified as James Holmes)
-person believed to be the shooter received a phone call right before getting up and opening the emergency exit door
-gas/smoke canisters came from multiple directions (can't be 1 person)
Those things are enough to make a reasonable person fairly certain that there was at least 1 accomplice in or around the theater that night.
Also, James Holmes looked drugged out of his damn mind in court. Almost all of the mainstream media outlets noted how dazed and incoherent he seemed to be. He didn't say much, if anything at all. This is a guy who was supposedly brilliant. He had spend a few days in jail before appearing in court, so I have to wonder what happened to him. He behavior was definitely consistent with someone who was on some type of drug. What was that drug/drugs, and who administered them? Also... why? A defendant is supposed to be as coherent as possible when appearing in court.
There is another detail that makes no sense as well. If Holmes was so violent and murderous that night, why did he just go and sit in his car after the shooting? He reportedly had about 6,000 rounds of ammunition available to him, as well as a minimum of 4 guns. He didn't resist arrest one bit. He just sat there and waited. Honestly, I doubt he was even aware of where he was. Then again, we can be pretty sure that he wasn't alone (if he even was the shooter) anyways.. so this is moot.
The government/NWO comes in where exactly?
