ya i did, "and this is the R600 chip combined with cheap and massively available GDDR-3 memory." so 750core 1100 mem 512/512 gddr3, wow, thats not bad at all, and its the "lowest" of the 4 the article introduced. if all this holds up, amd deserves a big pat on the back
hmm, 8 pin. interesting. so 9 inches is about the size of a...1950xtx. geez, i thought that card was huge. x2800xt 512/512 looks good, but im confused about the gt, so its basically the x2800xtx, but instead of using gddr4, it uses gddr3 and a smaller pcb?
wow thats insane, so you just named like 4 X2xxx cards that can go 1gb+. I think i might get the x2800xt or the xl... i feel bad for the 8800gtx guys who had a couple of months to laff at the x1950xtx...
i was following it for about a month, that amd r600, and all of a sudden, people are calling it the x2800xtx, is this true? When did this happen?...will it still have the 750/2200 MHz and 1gb/512 specs? Will AMD be the brand name, or will it still be ATi Radeon? Wow, one week on vacation and see how much i miss...
if vrzone is right, that x2800xt is looking real nice, same specs as the x1950xt but with twice the ram and bit and dx10....
you should spring for it, it usually helps the loading times in games like BF2, and your going to need 2 gb eventually. trust me, (and whoever agrees with me)
hm, i just dont like the drm thing vista has, i mean, i dont watch hd movies very often, but i dont like how everything has to be premium ready or w/e or else it wont be HD at all. this is not a big problem, but i think the implications that windows can control the way we view/listen to media is sort of ....not cool.

i dont, im just using limewire for an example, because my friend was all gloom and doom about windows vista about how it will lock you outa your computer if it finds downloaded stuff that you didnt buy or w/e. i thought it was pretty ...insane...but im going to have to upgrade to vista eventually, so yeah...
