fahrenheit, also known as indigo prophecy, excellent game.
jade empire, GTA games main storyline is always entertaining, tes4:oblivion, mass effect, grim fandango, fable..
tf2 graphics, huge world, pvp 32 vs 32, leveling system? it'll lag on A LOT of machines. and how would something like that work out? jeez.
just check out battlefield: heroes, it's not a FPS, more like a TPS but still qualifies for a whole lot.that or hellgate: london.
EDIT: you are basically looking for fallout 3 ala MMORPG.
antec is an excellent PSU manufacturer. don't worry about that, the hd4850 only needs 430w to power it, so you are good to go, even if you want to switch videocards in the future.
MOBO has PCI-E slots, so it's compatible with your hd4850, it also has socket 775, meaning the processor is suited for the socket. everything else looks good, excellent computer.
if you want to overclock, you would need a better CPU cooler and some additional casefans, i'd advice the arctic freezer pro 7 for your CPU if you are on a budget, or the scythe mugen CPU cooler if you want to go all out. cooler master, revoltec and scythe make good quality casefans.
that's a pretty tight budget for a computer that should be able to run crysis at formal settings.
what VGA slots does your motherboard have? AGP? PCI-E? if so you could probably just buy a new videocard, and with that maybe a new processor if your sockets will allow you to.
you would be honestly better off assembling your own computer, dell prices their components WAY too high. is there any hardware webshop you could be using? i could probably find some hardware that'll snug into together nicely.
could this computer run cod4, mass effect, assassin's creed and bioshock on max at 1680x1050 resolution? oh, and at what settings should i be able to play crysis?
