@Saidrex: idiot....I never yelled its a scam. I hope the game succeeds honestly and how are my questions stupid? Just because I don't believe in swallowing all the hype for what is, and as you guys admit, an ALPHA state game? I also don't believe in paying for an 'early access' version of the game. I'm glad you guys are enjoying it which is good news. I just don't understand the hate for those not buying into all the hype. I like depth in a game and while its promised by RSI, them continuing the crowdfunding through selling ships via DLC is troubling after receiving the ridiculous amount of funding.
They'll release a separate game for the new trilogy. Much more profitable and plus they can hit up their rape victims with DCL akin to the first two Battlefronts which were more complete games that got boring fast.
@Saidrex: well then....how fun is the game? Does it feel like a finished product? What are the pros and cons? Or are you still just tossing cash to have pretty DLC in your ship museum?
@phili878: how am I when i'm boycotting the game? I like many others want the industry to change. The way to do that is to inform those who are willing to make an educated decision eventually....rather than keep falling for the same tricks (see Madden). Shill like you are a huge problem and are the scum of the gaming industry. You know EA puts out shitty unfinished predatory products and then defend them AND the model.
Not ALL game companies are doing these things. Take Larian stuidios and Divinity Original Sin for instance. They gave the Enhanced Edition away for free on STEAM to those who bought the original. They're a company that's doing it right.
@iabstract: You make my point for me. They are obviously not really the worst company in America....Monsanto, Halliburton, Nike, and the big mega umbrella corps do far worse to the world and America than EA. But if EA can garner so much attention to beat these guys....and for several years, they are probably the worst to their customers and fellow corporations.
@SupaTrupa: should've have listened to us 'nay sayers'....I mean, we've all been burned by EA in the past and they've won the award several times for worst company in the US.
