Are all those programs free?

My NOD321 just ran out and I can't get anymore becuase it says my trial version has expired. What is a good free virus protection because I don't really feel the need of buying one

Where can I get thermal paste? I didn't know how to build a computer so I paid one tiger direct guy to build it for me. So how much thermal paste would make my conputer run efficiently.

My core temp is 79 degrees and my CPU temp is over over 80

I have 6 fans not including the CPU fan and my computer heats up around 75-80 degrees idle. I'm currently using ATI Radeon 4870 HD so I'm aware that it's suppose to heat up faster than a GEForce card. I have an i7 920, and no it is not overclocked.

I have an i7 920 and I have 12 gigs of ram. windows 7 also. Im thinking that I can run it in full 60 fps =D

I've had this card for about 3 months now. Im just wondering if it can run SF4 in constant 59-60 fps.

I currently have an ATI Radeon 4870 and it runs at around 170-190 degrees. Is there something wrong with it or is that normal for a radeon cardto do that
