Not a bad build. :) As others have said if you can upgrade the video card just a little, I think you would be happier with it. You may want to look at a E8400 instead of the Q8200. I think they can be had for roughly the same price and the 3.0 GHz should make a difference in most current games.

Or perhaps get the E7400 and a 9800GT as this should keep your budget and you get a substantially better vidoe card than the GSO. Just a thought.
