oh yeah , i got a new PC finally :). earlier i had planned to buy a new pc around far cry 2 s release date . but the fact that Half-life 2 Episode 2 is now out and the Next Big Thing - Crysis is just weeks away from release . i thought it was the right time to pick up a new PC . my old PC was good , but not that good to handle games that are going to be released like Crysis , Hell Gate London and Gears of War . and now i am glad that i didnt waited till 2008 for a new PC :wink:.

My PC Specs are

AMD 4800 X 2 dual core processor . Asus M2 NE -Sli board . XFX Gforce 8600 GT 256 GPU , Transcend 667mhz 1GB X 2 Ram . 250 GB Sata HDD . Zebronics Gaming Cabinet with led lights . 550 watt SMPS. Logitech X-530 5.1 Speakers . Logitech Wireless Mouse Keyboard .

i didnt bought a new monitor . i have currently A 19 inch Samsung 997DF crtMonitor & a samsung 26 HDTV . but i ll be getting a new 19 inch monitor later when crysis is out . i came very close to get a 8800 GTS 320 GPU , but since i ll be getting a Quad Core PC next year with a 8800 ULTRA GPUand the fact that my pocket was almost empty after getting all of this , i decided to get a 8600 GT for now . i also got Lost Planet bundled with my new GPU.

My history with Half-life 2 was a real long long story back in the day :P. i played it after15 monthsfrom its release after getting a new pc that time . it was worth it then , and its worth it now again :wink:

Episode 2 aint the only reason i bought a new pc . i am a big fan of the Half-life Series .its my favourite PC game of all times ,infact it was my very first game after 5 years of break from gaming .it is like what Halo is for me on the Xbox and God of War on the PS2 .i could have also picked up the 360 version of orange box and enjoy it on my 360 ( which i will do 4 sure later :P ) . but since i ve played all the previous halflife games on PC , i decided to play this first on pc then later on my 360 :wink:. my old pc was also able to handle it , but with some turned off effects , and when it comes to the half-life name, i compromise on nothing . the other reason is The Next Big Thing or should i say the best yet in PC gaming :wink:

Ever since i watched the footage from crysis , i ve been waiting to get my hands on this Next Big Thing , and now that i ve a new pc , i ll be able to enjoy it 4 sure . i may not be able to play in the highest settings , but still i ll be able to enjoy it in medium settings . i hope so :) .i ll be getting Gears of War , Quake Wars and Clive Barkers Jericho next week for my new pc .its so good to be back with some hardcore fps action on PC after almost a year . i am comfortable with both , a mouse and keyboard and the xbox 360 &Sixaxis controller . i like fps on both consoles and pc . but on pc its a lot better when you ve got some games like The Orange Box , Unreal Tournament 3 , Crysis , Quake wars and a lot more .

i still dont have a high speed internet access yet:( . its been 3 weeks that i played on xbl & psn . dam........ i miss Halo 3 , gears , warhawk :cry:. i miss my online buddies alot . i didnt even blogged for almost 15 days . i think this time has been the most frustated time 4 me in years . i picked up a ton of games in the past like bioshock , heavenly sword , age of empires 3 , stalker , world in conflict . but hardly enjoyed any of it . i havent even touched my ps3 and 360 all week . last week i played some Forza 2 . but in the end , i stopped playing that too .without xbl and psn . i dont want to play any of them :( . i got dam frustated that i even thought of leaving gaming and gamespot , which will never happen :lol: never ever :P. thing is the more you stay away from gamespot , blogging, friends and gaming , the more frustated you ll get in the end:wink:. but now that i am back 4 good , i am felling a hell lot better :) . i hope that my new internet connection gets activated soon .

and now that i ve got a nice freakin PC, i am starting to enjoy gaming a lot especially with the Orange Box and Stalker . orange box is a must buy whether you have a pc or 360 :wink: . i was a pc gamer only years back , then i got into console gaming and handheld gaming along with pc gaming . but the past year i didnt enjoyed pc gaming that much coz i played my Xbox 360 to death . i dont think that i even did pc gaming that much like i did on the 360 & ps2 . i had an awesome time with console and pc gaming all these years . and now that i ve got a new pc and almost every current gen console . i can expect some serious fun in gaming at an all time high :). i prefer both pc and console gaming . bottom line is this . if you are really passionate about gaming and gaming is your life in manny freakin ways :P. then you definately need to get a PC, a Xbox 360 , a PS3 , a Wii , a DS and PSP to enjoy all the gaming worlds:wink: . you cant go wrong with any of the gaming platforms . all have got something gr8 about them .

in other news my Halo 3 legendary edition Box is on its way , i ll be getting it by next week 4 sure :wink: . i payed almost 240 $ U.S for it . which means no Wii 4 me this year :( . but anyways i ll be getting a Wii this year coz my cousin is giving his Wii to Mii for a couple of months to enjoy or untill i get my own Wii :lol:. cant wait to play Zelda Twilight Princess & Resident Evil 4 :oops:

this entire week has been nothing but the most frustated week ever in my gaming life . last week i enjoyed playing Halo 3 and Warhawk to death , i even missed my sleep 4 halo 3 last week ,first i beat the campaign by myself and after that jumped right into online battles ,played it 3days almost nonstop . and just started playing warhawk . but the very next day my internet connection gets disconnected just coz of my isps stupid mistake :( . and it was clear that it ll take sometime to get it fixed and today i went to my isp s office , bashed thier executives every single way i could , complained it further and even gaved up my up internetconnection in the end .and changed my isp for good . so today i subscribed for a new isp . only to know it now that it will take some 15 -30 days to get it all started , but anyways its fine by me . coz now alteast i ll have no troubles at all with my new isp as they are good at services , they are a bit expensive , but for good services , i dont mind paying a little extra :wink:. coz 4 me life s*cks big time without xbl and psn :(

for the past 2 days i was stressed out big time .:( did nothing at all except office work . the only thing i enjoyed last week was Age of Empires III on pc which i bought for hardly 20 $ . it was phenomenal .it was the best rts that i ever played , its other thing that world in conflict will blow my mind when i get it :P, if you guys havent tried age of empires III , i suggest you better try it , its 1 of the best rts ever made. but even aoe 3 didn t satisfied my gaming life that much .

so i finally decided to pick up Heavenly Sword :) . i ve not even played it yet , but i am sure that after playing it , i ll be in 7 heaven 4 sure :oops: . after playing a blockbuster game like Halo 3 , nothing came to my mind . except heavenly sword . and now atleast i am happy with the fact that i enjoyed halo 3 on day 1 , played it to death . and now for sometime i ll be offline . but definately enjoy the ride . starting with Heavenly Sword , Bioshock and others . i am feeling a lot better now after sharing mythoughts with you guys . i hope you all are enjoying your gaming life :), so guys have fun , i ll catch ya all later very soon and sorry 4 not visting your blogs , i ll visit them tommorow when i get back to my office :wink:

Last week was the most memorable week in my gaming life , as i played and Finished my most awaited game ever Halo 3 on day 1 , after that jumped right into Online Ranked Matches at XBL , played Halo 3 to death , played it almost 24/7 :). and later my copy of

Warhawk arrived , which i had pre ordered from a local game store here . so it was like the right PS3 game , But at The Wrong Time :P.since i had just started playing Halo 3 online. i jumped into warhawk , played it nonstop for 5 freakin hours and enjoyed it a lot . i was having a real gr8 time both with Halo 3 & Warhawk , untill my Router died on me :cry: . so the next day i called up my isp , and they said that they dont have replacements for the router as they are out of stock . so i went up to the store , bought a new router , and still i was unable to connect to the web . i rangged up my isp again and this time they said they are updating thier servers , & some cable work is on blah , blah blah :evil:, so there wont be any internet available for a couple of days . and to this momment . its been 3 dam days and no web at my place , which makes me sick big time :evil:. oh common . gimme a break . i ve waited all year long to play halo 3 with my friends and now i cant .

plus Warhawk which i hardly enjoyed for a day . Warhawk is so far the best online ps3 game that i ve played , its awesome , its like a real warzone out there in Warhawk , i highly recommend warhawk if you own a ps3 . i was having a real good time with Warhawk and Halo 3 but now i cant play them for a while . i am really sick of this , all of this has left a bad taste in my mouth :(. .thing is that i only have limited choice to select an isp at my home, so now all i can do is just wait to get it all fixed up , that s a ll i can do now. well in other words i am screwed . the other thing i can do is take my 360 and ps3 to my office and enjoy it there , may be i will do that :P.

I even got sick during the weekend , its was like more icing to the cake :evil:. i feel like beating the hell out of my isp . i was in a real bad mood today ,but all thanks to Zelda that refreshed my mood today a bit :). and after visiting gamespot , all of your blogs and unions , i felt a lot better , thank god , there is gamespot always that keeps me going . long lived Gamespot :wink:

the fact that this game is gonna be released today makes me feel better :). i pre ordered it a week back and now i am waiting to get my hands on Zelda Phantom Hourglass:wink:. the only zelda games i ve played in the past are Zelda A link to the past and Zelda minish cap on the gba which i never finished , and Zelda Twilight Princess only for a couple of hours on my friends Wii . so this is gonna be my very first zelda game that i ll be playing and finishing it as soon as i get it :oops:

The Godfather & Burnout Revenge:P. it costed me 25 $ each . so i still saved 10 $ for blue dragon . i had rented these games before and always wanted to buy them. it feels gr8 when you get games at reasonable prices , thing is that you need to wait until it hits cl@ssic :wink: and guys i would like to know from you . is Blue Dragon really worth getting ? or i wait for Lost Oddysey . i am not that kind of guy who loves rpg a lot . infact the only ones i ve enjoyed are Pokemon games :P, Golden Sun & The Elders Scrolls IV Oblivion ( which i still need to finish on my ps3 :P ). thing is that sometimes i like to try something different . the same goes with rts for me , i used to hate rts games ,until i picked up Command & Conquer 3 for my pc , and ever since getting C & C 3 , i ve loved it to death and i ll be getting World in Conflict and Halo Wars 4 sure :wink:. So guys if blue dragon aint worth getting , please do recommend me a nice easy to go , and fun rpg in future . speaking about RPG , i ll definately get

Mass Effect & Fable 2 when it arrives :wink: .

i hope that my isp problems are all sorted out soon and i get back to xbl and psn soon . in the meantime i ll be burning some rubber in Burnout Revenge :wink: . and wait for my copy of Zelda . i still need to play Bioshock , Resistance and other gr8 games that i have , but 4 some reason i am not in the mood and wanna play something else .i hope all of you guys are having a gr8 time with Halo 3 and other gr8 games , take care everyone ,have fun :wink:.

what can i say about Halo 3 . i am just Speechless about the Game . its A SPOLIER FREE blog , so fell free to read my blog :wink:.

Halo 3 was my most awaited game of all times . and after Finishing The Fight in Halo 3 , all i can say is that . THERE WILL NEVER BE A GAME LIKE HALO 3 again . it was the best game i ve ever played . right from the start to the end it was extremely satisfying . the graphics , the environment , the audio ,the gameplay , the campaign length and on top The Story was just freaking unbelievable . i ve never played such an intense game in my life .i ve enjoyed games like half -life 1 & 2, far cry ,god of war 1 & 2 , prince of persia trilogy . gears of war . but none of them were that satisfying like what Halo 3is . it took me a 11 hour to beat the campaign on normal & there was never a single moment or a single second where it felt boring or fell kind a repetitve .

Halo 3 has improved in a real big big way & Master Chief has made a huge comback in Halo 3 . Halo fans are in for a real big treat . its so dam good that it ll make you cry with Happiness :oops: . and by god , Bungie Delivered what they Promised . in my opinion its the best single player camapign ever in gaming history . in my books this game is going down all the way as the best video game ever :wink:. it has lived up to my expectations & delivered . man............ . halo 3 s campaign is so much satisfying that you ll feel like its a Real Thing out there . being masterchief in halo 3 is the kind of feeling what a real hero is . i feel like crying with this Halo 3 goodness . its like if tommorow the world ends :P. then i have no regrets at all with my life . coz i Finished The Fight . i got the chance to play as Master Chief in Halo 3 . i can surely say this. that when i ll be an old man . and when some 1 like may be grand children ask me :P. what was your favourite moment in your life . then my words will be . Its The Biggest Moment of My Life , i finally got My Most Wanted Games of All Times on Day 1 :oops: , thats right i got Halo 3 Limited Edition on DAY 1 :), i ve never been so much happier in my life :)

and for The Rumours sparking all around the internet that all Limited Editions of Halo 3 are supoosed to be scratched , have a look at my halo 3 disc , its scratchless , so all those rumours are false :). guys dont listen to halo haters . they are trying to do every single dirty trick to bash halo 3 they can . so guys all i will say is that do get the standard , Limited or Legendary Edition of Halo 3 , there is nothing wrong at all with any version :wink:

The first game was just freakin awesome :), i enjoyed it a lot both offline & online , its graphics , gameplay and storyline were quiet impressive , i hope saints row 2 improves from its predecessor , cant wait to see more stuff from saints row 2 .

World in Conflict gets a 9.5

i was surprised that this game got a 9.5 :shock: , i wasnt expecting such high score for a game like this :P, i recently started playing RTS like Command & Conquer 3 & Supreme Commander and i enjoyed them a lot . & now it looks to me that i ve got a better rts game. i ll be getting world in conflict sometime later when i am done playing other awesome games like Halo 3 , PGR 4 , Orange Box . and speaking of orange box , here are some cool videos from Half-life 2 Episode 2 running on the Xbox 360. check it out :wink:

now that there is a DualShock 3 on its way .i cant wait to try it on Motorstorm & other gr8 games . Finally sony did something what they should ve done in the first place , and now its a good thing that Home is coming in 2008 , coz this year i ll be playing a ton of rocksolid games like Halo 3 , Orange Box , Assassins Creed , Nfs Pro Street , Haze ,Warhawk ,Mass Effect , PGR 4 , WWE SVR 2008 , and other gr8 games which i havent completed yet:P . so it ll be nice to have Home in 2008 with games like Killzone 2 , MGS 4 and others :wink:. sony better give us a good home in 2008 to stay:P & they should call The Dualshock 3, the SHOCKAXIS :P.

in other news i am done playing Halo 1 & 2 and now its time to Finish The Fight in Halo 3 , i cant wait any longer to get my hands on my most awaited game of all times :oops: i have never been so dam much excited for anything in life than Halo 3 and now its just 2 days aways :),i hope that other halo freaks like me get thier copy on the 25 and Finish The Fight on day 1 :wink:

I am gonna start Playing Halo 1 (it was bundled with my xbox )from today on my old Xbox :) , and Halo 2 over the weekend on my PC ,and Finally Halo 3 on my xbox 360 .and i am not even gonna be at XBL till i get My copy of Halo 3 :P which i ll be getting Midnight September 25 . i dont even care even if i have to wait and sleep on the road for it :lol: :P. anything for The Master Chief :), all i know is that Halo 3 will be worth the wait . and i cant wait anymore to FINISH THE FIGHT , and I BELIEVE in The Master Chief .

most of the people (including me :P )are talking about upcoming games like Halo 3 ,Crysis, Call of Duty 4 , Heavenly Sword . but why is there not that much talk surrounding Half-life 2 episode 2 :(. i am a big fan of the Half-life series too , i dont know why but when it comes to half-life , its very different from others . it has got his own unique appeal.

Half - Life , the game that started it all and revolutionized the First Pesron Shooter Genre , and the game that brought me back into the Gaming World is all set to come up with Episode 2 this october in the continuing epic saga of Half - Life 2 .i was glad when i heard that there will be 3 episodic contents after half-life 2 . coz its like getting a half-life game every year , rather than wait for a Half-life 3 for 4,5 years . episode 1 was way too short :(, but improved a lot in manny ways . the environments were updated with HDR lighting , and the game was much intense than hl2 , not only that .

But this time was much foccused on storywith action , and Alyx prooved to be the highlight of episode 1 , i was too impressed with episode 1 . the series needed a new direction . and episode 1 just did that . plus this time charachters like Barnaby , and Alyx felt more believable than in hl2 . and now with Episode 2 on its way , i cant wait to get my hands on my favourite pc game of all times :)

Gamespot has published an article detailing their first hands-on experience with Episode 2 and Team Fortress 2. The Episode 2 section has much more new information. They talk about multiple points they were able to play through, revealing a few choice bits about the story of Episode 2 and the exciting battles you'll face.

"There will also be significant story revelations, as you'll finally learn more about the mysterious G-Man who's been dogging you since the original Half-Life, as well as those mysterious Combine advisors who have appeared only on video screens thus far. And yes, a main character will die."

From what Gamespot says, Episode 2 is basically a chase through the "White Forest" as you and Alyx attempt to deliver the data you acquired from the Citadel in the first Episode to Eli and the other scientists. The Combine is hot on your heels, of course, and you'll have the zombies and Ant Lions that populate the wilderness to deal with as well. A new vehicle will help speed you along though:

"Valve then introduced us to the muscle car, the key new vehicle in Episode Two.... [The] muscle car has wicked turbo acceleration as well as a meaty engine noise. Even better, Alyx can and will ride shotgun from the passenger seat, as well as provide commentary on your driving skills. The sequences that we saw were similar to the vehicle sequences in Half-Life 2, as you'll follow a fairly linear path, though it's mainly off-road this time. For 59 $ i think its the best value for money in 2007 :wink: , and after watching all the latest footage from episode 2 , i can clearly say that Episode 2 will be much better than the already awesome , Half -life , Half -life 2 , Episode 1.

I dont have a Wii :(, but will soon be getting it :). i love Zelda games too , i have played them on my GBA , and i have also tried Twilight Princess on my friends wii, and enjoyed it a lot . and since the DS and Wii are not available here officialy , its too dam hard to find games for the ds and wii . but luckily i can order DS and Wii games from play-asia . if you are from asia and want your favourite games in time , i suggest you try it there , in the past i ve got Bioshock and Virtua Tennis 3 from there , and they all came here fast on my doorstep without any shipping charges at all :D. i ll be pre ordering Ninja gaiden Dragon Swords soon for my ds , and speaking of Ninja Gaiden on DS, watch this must see video . :wink:

OH ! and i am upgrading to Vista this week :), so the very first game i bought today for it was

Halo 2 , what better way to start gaming on vista than Halo 2 , i was planning to get Shadowrun , but bought halo 2 . and it also came free with 1 month free of XBL Gold and 23 Multiplayer Maps :).

so whats up gamepotters , how are you all doing , i hope that everyone s enjoying thier gaming life :wink:. i havent been here for a while , thats coz i am just busy with work ,and i wanna spend most of the time in my office . well these words sound like i have left gaming , but hey that aint happening never ever :P. i am doing this coz i know that september 25 is just days away . so i feel like spending much time on work rather than gaming , and when i get time off ,i end up at the gym . i got back to the gym recently after 2 years and all of the frustation from 2 dam years has finally come to an end , its like getting a life back , its what i missed for all these years , got weaker than ever :(, but my self belief and inspiration from wrestlers like HHH , i am back for some body building and it feels that dam good to be back just like HHH is back in wrestling :wink:.and i have been working quiet hard on it ,so hard that my coach says , stop it , its enough 4 today :P.and now my coach s warned me to not take it all seriously , coz the last time i overworked at the gym, i ended up with a real big shoulder injury that took me out for almost 2 years and i dont wanna do the same mistake again :( .

My injury also took me out so bad last time that i have to quitriding my motorcycle as i felt pain whileriding it. so i sold it a year and a half ago :cry:. and ever since that injury , i wanted toride a motorcycle . i currently own a suzuki shogun , its my very first bike , i ve had it for 8 years now , but now its very old that i cant even ride it coz i need some spares for it , which arent available at all, i ve also checked major retaliers in japan for my old bike and sadly no one has it :( . so now what do i do , get a new motorcycle :),that s right , i am getting a new motorcycle very soon :D,but it wont be that powerfull , like a 1000 plus cc superbike , since i ve just got back from my injury , i ll be getting a 250 cc bike this month , i want that to happen before september 25 , since its halo 3 time ,and after i get halo 3, i dont think that i ll be leaving my gaming hq at all :P. and speaking of Halo 3 - The King of Kings .i watched the latest Halo 3 ad , and it was very touching .

The way the chief lifted his head was kind of a felling of no quit in him even if he s loosing , man ....... bungie is teasing all its Halo freaks with adds like this, i think thats the way to market a high profile game . epic did it with gears of war with the mad world trailer . adds like these make people attached emotionaly to videogames . i can feel the Hype with Halo 3 . and for halo 3 , i say " Belive The Hype " . thats what my motto is on my xbl gamertag , psn tag , and gs profile . i ve always believed the hype :wink: . i am getting Two Editions of Halo 3 , coz my pre ordered Legendary Edition will reach here by the end of october , its not releasing here , so i am getting from U.K. thats the reason it wont reach at my place in time :(

so i am also getting a collectors edition of Halo 3 on Sep 25 :) . and a Halo 3 faceplate with it for free . plus i am planning to get the halo 3 controller too. It ll definately be worth getting it all :wink: .

i am also planning to get Heavenly Sword for my ps3 , i absolutely loved the demo , and i liked the review too . it may be very short , but its graphics and awesome storyline has impressed me a lot , i like these kind of games, currently i am Enjoying Bioshock a lot , but 4 some reason i ve stopped playing it , well you can blame my friends at xbl 4 that :P, they keep on sending my unlimited invites to gears of war and virtua tennis 3 . so i have no option but to play gears or tennis . so now i ve kept bioshock for later . i ll be playing it after Halo 3 .alright guys i have to go now , i ll be back by this weekend with a new blog, and now i ll be active in your blogs :wink: , sorry 4 not being at gs :). and hey before i leave i got to tell ya all something about my next new love in gaming . well i am talking about Ninja Gaiden 2 . till now i was a very huge fan of action games like god of war and prince of persia( i am still a very big fan of them).

but with this awesome ninja better knwon as Ryu Hayabusa has just impressed me a lot :). so now i ll be playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma very soon . i liked this gaming charachter a lot ,The sense of Speed , the Attitude, the styyle of ryu hayabusa has left a huge impression on me , ngs was my very first game on the PS3 , too bad i never gaved time to my ps3 and never played it that much . so now Ryu Hayabusa is added to my top 10 heroes in gaming and i am looking forward to play ninja gaiden sigma and ninja gaiden 2 when it releases :wink:.and here is a Trailer for Ninja Gaiden 2 , enjoy The Awesomeness :wink:
