My first 60gig got a disc reading problem. The replacement just got the YLOD, and just out of warranty. :roll:

Reading off some forums, especially AVForums, some said that if you are persistent enough, Sony will replace your out of warranty console free of charge. But, the downside is that, you'll lose all your game saves if you have no backup.
