[QUOTE="OhSnapitz"]I don't think it's hypocritical at all... Clearly she made comments about a product that were uneducated. Had she been a reviewer or a journalist that actually played the game, the outcome may have been different. I happen to agree with the fanboys on this one... I despise people who bash or "hate" on something they no absolutely NOTHING about. Gamers should fight back whan that occurs. Pariah_001
If you would bother to read my past comments, you'll see that I acknowledge that. However, what I'm pointing out is that gamers are refusing to take into mind that she acknowledged that she made a mistake and shouldn't have said what she did. Gamers have been demanding this--And now that it's actually happened, they're saying it's not good enough. It's ridiculous.
well most won't think it's good enough, if EA had suddenly spouted crap about them, do you think an apology would make them forget about it? hell no. FOX and her deserve exactly what they're getting,
rainbow six on realistic is somewhat annoying for me atm, but i'd say hardest game i've played in modern times is GH3 on expert, in old times, battletoads. NEVER play this game if you want a stress free life
[QUOTE="Bren128"][QUOTE="stika"][QUOTE="Bren128"][QUOTE="stika"]BTW examples of true RPG´s are as follows (they are all on PC)
Fallout
Fallout 2
Vampire the masquerade bloodlines
Baldur´s gate 1 + expansion
Baldur´s gate 2 + expansion
Neverwinter nights 1 + expansions
neverwinter nights 2 expansion (note just the expansion not the stand alone)
Gothic 2 (it doesnt have a create you character screen but it makes up for it with freedom)
Elder scrolls 3 : morrowind
stika
hmm so then Fable would be a true rpg?
once again i just edit my post i pretty much sumed it to one sentece ;)
well.... its dificult that question many people say it IS a true RPG because of the Freedom, but it is a weak true rpg, because its freedom is very superflous, (like Oblivion), you have little choice, impact, and you suffer little consequences for stuff that actually MATTERS, like... you kill an important NPC and people will go about their lives like nothing happened.. sure you had the freedom to kill him.. but whats the point? nobody in the game cares
i liked fable for what it is, i also like JRPG´s for what they are, they are great games in their own way
i dont think Baulders Gate is a true rpg, i didnt have the freedom or the options you know? i like the game though.
games like baldur´s gate are cut some slack because of their age, when the game was created the freedom it gave you was considered ground breaking at the time, its beasically like criticizing Final Fantasy 4 for having a weak plot, hey given its time it was pretty damn good
i do believe he just used sarcasm and it WHOOSH right over that head of yours
MGS, is more important, but considering MGS ends this year and mass effect doesn't i'd say ME is better to have as an exclusive.
MGS all the way though, Me is good just not that good :D
realsim and artistic, unfortunatey most games never ever get this, and with next gen realism seems to be fading artistic even more, i'm looking at you UE3!!!

How can you not like this game...
Jenai1
ahh all i see is pretty graphics if you want to call them that, no decent NEW gameplay or any sort. fail.
You've played the game have you? I didnt realise it was out?
yes of course i've forgotten that the last killzone made some briliant additions to shooters and that we should expect the same from this one
