If true id assume this means in Japan first most likely. I have around 8 games for Wii U, but i have not bought the overpriced, outdated, horribly thought out console yet. No one is buying the POS console, yet they still wont drop it to $200 or less.

Feminism is getting out of control. There have been tons of games with strong female characters. Not always main characters but they are there.

Im white(Italian American) and i have no problem playing as a woman or a black guy in a game. Hell in Saints Row i used a woman because i like Laura Bailey's voice. Why is it that they make this fabled argument that you need to relate to the character??? Do people really play games and say "oh my god another white guy i can't enjoy this game." Seriously sounds like a tiny vocal minority that wanna make something out of nothing.

Definitely higher than 0.4%. Its 100%. If you play your games from the disc YOUR GAMES WILL GET SCRATCHED. PERIOD.

Had a old white 160gb that would leave light scratching on my discs. In 2012 i bought a 250gb slim. Even with games installed they will get light scratches still. You should install every game to minimize scratching, but it still will happen.

Another issue ive had with a few games that ive never had before is the 360 cracking discs from the middle leading out. Happened to my Fight Night Round 3 and Fight Night Champion. My FNR4 disc has a bunch of scratching that i did not cause.

I know some people had the circular scratches that basically ruined your game. Not sure if this lawsuit is for that.

They have been out of touch for years. Even more insulting is that they still want $300 for the sinking ship that is the Wii U in addition to charging $60 for a HD up res. A game so easy you cant even die if you tried. A game so easy my ex GF could beat it. Just like every other modern Zelda.
