You'll notice that the "developed faical features" that are being talked about are only referring to the fact that you can make out where the eyes and nose are GOING TO BE. You'll also notice that it has no major organs yet, although they are STARTING to form at this point. Also, take note of the fact that at this point the fetus still has webbed fins instead of legs and arms, and overall looks more like a seahorse than a human.

Also, before you try to point out that this thing does in fact look like a human, here's what a dog fetus looks like at 30 days:

As it turns out, mammal fetuses really don't differ from each other very much at this stage of development.

What gravity gun have you been using pre-2004? It was incredibly impressive, especially for the time released. Such manipulation of physics wasn't conceived in games back then. It was very new, very interesting ,and very fresh.
