but i don't think my monitor is HD, or it may be...is there any way I can check? its a 19'' that i got for a boxing day sale 3 years ago for $200, which was way too cheap at that time to be HD.
recent article on psu.com talked about a new adapter that will allow mouse and keyboard on all fps's, UT3 already allows it, but i think it has a feature to filter out who is or isn't using a mouse. The adapter although cool, worried me....I enjoy gaming on a controller, i may be a minority but i play my ps3 to get away from the mouse and keyboard drudgery (i work with/on computers a lot). Now I know this doesn't mean I need to play with a mouse but with many people having the option to play with a mouse, they will...making the online gaming world largely one-sided, which may not be cool with any people like me, who stick with a controller. Unless all games have the filter feature, in which case i;m fine, i don't really care for these developments....what do you think?
Hideo or Kojima productions was/were working on 3 other games.. thats all, no name of the games, no info on mgs4... ryan was playing with our feelings again..
studies show thet demo-ed games sell a hell of a lot more than non demo-ed games. if they are as desperate as they were earlier to hit the 1M mark quick, than a demo would make sense, but they have also stated that a demo won't happen. I would be psyched if there is a demo, but i'm pretty sure there won't be.
The game will still sell like diamonds. Whether it is bad or not, i don't know, but hype defines a game. Example: Assassin's Creed - Mediocre game (not good, not bad), but sold a lot of copies due to hype. I haven't played the previous games so wasn't planning to buy this one but i'll be definately downloading the demo off of PSN Jan-31.

I agree with bdhoff....they won't release it until they can emulate the software, cause thanks to 2007 holiday season and Japan as a whole, a large share of ps3 owners, own the 40gb console, and alineating such a large part of their user-base would be stupid on sony's part....
