that sucks man its such a hassle everytime I drank blood after getting it i was overencumbered its very annoying but yeah they ingerdients are not that hard to get just loot all the guilds adn buy from alchemists, it will take a while but w/e.
Cod4 is more strategic I think so that makes it a little more fun to play. If your good at that stuff if you suck at it dont bother.
personally i dont think you can compare the games but if you want somthing more realistic go for cod 4
