Yes this story is considered an arc since it's sort of one whole story, but it's really short lived going for only about 10 episodes. I think it ended somewhere around 23-215. Not sure what episode exactly. Sorry. Hope that helped :p

At least I know it was probably the arc now. It ended at 212, then I watched the Karakraiser thing for 213-214, now I think the next arc is about to start. Now,I'm just wondering how long this next arc is...

Around the time episode 205 came out, I read over the internet that the best arc since the Soul Society Arc was coming up, is this true? Does The "flashback 100 years ago" thing count as an arc? Also if it is an arc, anyone know how long the next one is so I can marathon it?

If you have tried all other means and nothing is working then the last resort to get your pc back in working order again is to reformat your hard drive. But before you do that, you need to make sure you have all your personal files backed up on either an external hard drive, USB pen, DVD/CD etc. Next make sure you have your windows disc other wise you cant reinstall windows. And finally make sure you are 100% you want to reformat. Getting data back from a reformat can be tricky and expensive.

JN-FENRIR, I actually had a free AOL Security System as my firewall, virus scanner, and spyware scanner. I only recently (few weeks ago) downloaded Malwarebytes. Now I am actually get popups from Internet Explorer, AND IM NOT USING IE!!!!!

Im gonna boot into safe mode and download AVG and Adware-whatever like you said. Then I may use HIJACK THIS like GAMESPOT4LIFE from the first page said.
