in the single player unreal 2 you actually set up a forcefield fence to use as cover and block off this doorway keep people from entering this bulding was ur mission. but in the multiplayer the forcefield fences you couls set one one while player was running towards u at a distance and use the fence as cover. and it did effect gameplay lol @ gears of war or other games static cover system.
unreal 2 the awakening is highly underrated, greg the reviewer said it didnt do anything new it did, the forcefield fences right off the bat effects the gameplay in unreal 2 and i never seen em in any other game like unreal 2's, portable set em up just about anywhere lol. oohh it got a low rating because it didnt have vehicles like halo, which fps like redline or tribes had vehicles before halo lol
I have beat halo 1/2 never beat part 3, but i also beat unreal 2 the awakening. i really didnt know what the hell was going on like others said lol, unreal 2's story is way better.
[QUOTE="comeonthehoops"]Yeh you are right. So are the stories from Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Gears 1 and 2, Half Life series (don't kid yourselves, it sucks, it's just presented well) and just about every other FPS. unreal 2 the awakening had a better story than halo
