To add to the irony Darwin actually did not believe many misconceptions that were accepted as truth back then such as that whites and blacks were different races and the whites were "Divinely superior" but he still had racially biased views that or he was an extreme stoic.

I have both The Origin of Species and Descent of Man open in front of me; do you have the page numbers on which the content you claim to exist may be found? I'm flipping through the pages, but, oddly enough, I don't seem to see anything such as that which you describe. Surely you wouldn't be simply reproducing slanderous hearsay, so you must know where in these texts one may find what you describe, no?

Later in the First Page"We shall see that all these questions, as indeed is obvious in respect to most of them, must be answered in the affirmative, in the same manner as with the lower animals."
Now unless Im vastly misinterpreting these quotes it sounds like he is saying a race war would be beneficial to man kind. There are probably better ones then this to cite as examples but I just finished downloading civilization so Ill check back on this later.
