Super smash bros with good online would be awesome.

Civilization would be cool to. I think the stylus lends itself perfectly for an RTS. Would also be a great time waster for long trips.

Minecraft (Would never happen though)

I would say it's likely that next generation will not have a drastic leap in graphics which may give nintendo some time to catch up. I think they still will gimp online though.:(

but If they can get good online support and super smash bros. on the 3DS I would love nintendo forever.

It still comes down to personal opinion thats why people use Gamespot scores to try and put some objectiviness on it.

A fact is something that can be proven. It doesnt matter if everyone in the world thought halo reach was awesome it is still an Opinion.

Also putting Fact in front of something does not make it true

Fact: Zelda Oot is the best game ever see I can do It too. (This is true however it is the best ever.)

I would say both fill the 2 roles quite nicely but I do agree with what you're saying to an extent.

Do I believe in Global Warming Yes.

Man Made I dont know.

but you have to be careful with global warming. Lots of things that are supposed to be for the environment are really just excuses to make people's wallets fatter *cough* Cap and Trade *cough*

What is sort of ironic is that his book had the oppisite effect.

To add to the irony Darwin actually did not believe many misconceptions that were accepted as truth back then such as that whites and blacks were different races and the whites were "Divinely superior" but he still had racially biased views that or he was an extreme stoic.

GabuEx

I have both The Origin of Species and Descent of Man open in front of me; do you have the page numbers on which the content you claim to exist may be found? I'm flipping through the pages, but, oddly enough, I don't seem to see anything such as that which you describe. Surely you wouldn't be simply reproducing slanderous hearsay, so you must know where in these texts one may find what you describe, no?

Sorry it took so long

The First page "The enquirer would next come to the important point, whether man tends to increase at so rapid a rate, as to lead to occasional severe struggles for existence; and consequently to beneficial variations, whether in body or mind, being preserved, and injurious ones eliminated. Do the races or species of men, whichever term may be applied, encroach on and replace one another, so that some finally become extinct?"

Later in the First Page"We shall see that all these questions, as indeed is obvious in respect to most of them, must be answered in the affirmative, in the same manner as with the lower animals."

Now unless Im vastly misinterpreting these quotes it sounds like he is saying a race war would be beneficial to man kind. There are probably better ones then this to cite as examples but I just finished downloading civilization so Ill check back on this later.

[QUOTE="wstfld"] Please, drop this fun fact on us. ihateaynrand

The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life

Darwin set out to prove why he thought some races were "better" then others.

Before you insult me though I am not saying that this disproves evolution.

Except that what Darwin meant by 'races' isn't what you mean by 'races'. Try again.

In Darwins next book The descent of Man He actually ranked the races from order of least evolved to greatest evolved of what he called superior races (Sound familiar).

He even suggested killing off certain races (specifically Australians and Africans) because they took resources away from supior races.

Wither the word race was a coincidence, a play on words or literally meant human races I don't know but the next fact can't be argued with.

Has anyone ever heard the original title of "The Origin of Species" by any chance.
