Are all MMOs pay to play?

@Therimight I read your entire text, and i do agree that it would be amazing. I have always been a firm believer that games are funner or have more replay value when you are able to play with other human players and not just NPCs.

Diablo 3 sucks. What's the big deal? The other two sucked. This is no different.
