Just a thought.... I built a new computer w/ all parts coming from Newegg a couple days ago for $2060 and this is what I got:

  • 780i motherboard
  • Intel Q6600
  • Zalman 9700NT cpu cooler
  • 2x 8800GTS 512mb SLI
  • 4gb's PC2-8000 G. Skill ram
  • 2x 320gb Samsung Spinpoint HD's (RAID 0)
  • Coolermaster Cosmos case
  • ABS Tagan BZ 800w power supply

It will certainly play Crysis much better than the $2200 PC your looking at.

This is only my 2nd build and I did my first build a few months ago. It isn't that hard to put together because each component comes with its own set of instructions. I highly suggest you go about building your own!

im going to have to look into this idea.. my only concern is once it is together how would i go about installing an operating system?

[QUOTE="Big_Bad_Sad"][QUOTE="gcLAX139"]its about $2200 with 3 year serviceKRYPTONiZE

You could build it yourself for a lot cheaper.

Yeah dude. If you built that same rig yourself, you probably won't be spending more than $1500.

would anybody be able to tell me the parts that i would need and what type of case they would fit in. ive looked around but im still clueless
