just wanted to get peoples thoughts on which direction you think the next GTA should go. personally, i think Rockstar should keep Niko. he was a cool character. maybe have him pack up and move to vice city for a fresh start. or they could traditionally create a new character for the next GTA but have Niko as his buddy. kinda like how roman is to niko in GTA4. your thoughts?jpridgen0

(Sigh) How about you do the research & decide. Some of you make deciding on whether to buy a new game or not seem so hard. I never asked anyone yet alone people on a forum whether I should buy a game or not. At the end of the day it's MY money, so why ask people how I should spend it?

This game is absolutely atrocious. I can't believe they ruined such a good thing.

Everything about it... everything they changed, everything they didn't change... was the EXACT OPPOSITE of what they needed to do. I can't believe how awful they've made this game.

Berserking?!? WTF?!? No actual offline CAMPAIGN Co-Op?!? No multiple weapons, tracer on the carbine, or ammo/weapons in map?!? Spawns are actually WORSE than b4?!? Downgraded, and rather ugly, character animations? Chimera have radar?!? You can't run when being shot, reloading, or... any time when it's actually useful?!? The auger is so under powered and the wannabe battle rifle is so over powered that the game is so horrifically unbalanced it's not even like, a "good" fps anymore? Grenades are tossed in the weirdest way now and there are actually less achievements, or rather, ribbons, to be atained? EVEN LESS MP GAME MODES, AS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE?!?

And that's just online... rofl.

I agree with u, when i was playing the R2 beta, i was like "i hope, the way that the grenades are tossed, change" cuz really s%cks, in R1 it was fun and easy to make a targetbomb, and the auger.... used to be a great weapon.. but that "shild" scks to, the number of tags in the bullseye... and the thing i most hate of the game is that sht of berserker!!! in to many ways R1 is much bettr than R2 :S and belive me, im a PS3 Owner, and i loved R1, but... R2 why???? T.T

Hey nobody should even think about watching or reading the gamespot review about Mercs 2. That was the most unaccurate review I have ever seen. Usually I dont read or watch reviews but I bought the game when it came out and I wondered what they said about it and it was horriable. I still can't belive that they gave it only a 5.0 outof 10. Just dont even watch or read the review instead just buy the game.

Add me on as a frend if u want to play Mercs 2 or MGS4.

Not too sure about how it was received back then, but I sure as hell enjoyed this PS1 game and I think it needs a PS3 sequel or remake. I kind of agree with the GS review of CC, it was a great game that came together well. Anyone else think so?
