I think you won't need more than this:

a core 2 duo like e6xxx or e7xxx CPU

an ati 3850 or 4850

and 2 gb of ram

at your resolution you should enable anti-aliasing , set it to x2 or x4 and you'll have a very nice image quality

i'm not sure about 1920x1080 resolution but you can max it for sure at 1280x1024

you just bought the 4890? if the answer is yes then remove it and put it again.

It's not bad at all, it supports full hd resolution so it's good for gaming.

Runes of magic is a wow clone, i don't think he will like it.

But champions online is a good idea, it will change you from killing boars and wolves :)
