Yeah - news to me. I haven't seen even a rumor that it's in the pipeline. I think Bioware is a bit busy with Mass Effect at the mo... still, I hope it does!
nope i never used that excuse, didnt care for dmc, and assassins creed, i didnt care who got it cus id enjoy it either way. You dont see that i own ps3/360? Im jnjust tired fo this stupid rumour coming out like every other month. And i am simply saying that i wont believe it until konami/kojima states it. Not some stupid product page for HMV. If i worked for ebgames and worked on their website, then decided to make a product page for a 360 version of metal gear, i guess youd believe that too. And i suppose we are suppose tot ake the dates on these kind of sites as truth too. Bottom line, i dont believe it. Miguel16
Fair enough. Fair enough. I'm just saying that, given the track record of PS3 defections, it is not a great stretch of the imagination to see it going multi-platform. Plus it makes a great deal of financial sense to make that move.
I dont believe it and wont believe it till konami or kojima comes out and says this game is comning to 360 at this date.

Hmmm I bet you were saying exactly the same thing about 6 months ago re Devil May Cry 4 and Assassins Creed. Sony used these titles in their conference at E3 06 as a promise that the best games were coming to the PS3 exclusively... now look.
There are also other factors that point to this - The excecs said that "they will have to consider options" because of the relatively small user base for the PS3. They have also said that we should "be asured that the PS3 is being designed first and foremost for the PS3" with the implication that there is a second design. I've also read articles where the journalist has had confirmation from within Konami itself that the game is currently in development for the Xbox 360. Of course no one is saying this publically, that would breach their lucrative contract with PS3 for a timed exclusive. Plus even the hint of an XBox release would damage the Sony's claim that it simply isn't capable of rendering such a game.
