what many don't understand is that is not a matter of what CDP can do or cannot do, it's a matter of what they WANT to do, and they DON'T want to do anything that may harm the customers. Like they stated once, people who play games should be treated as customers, not as potential criminals. They are against piracy of course, and they know that it's a problem that is bad for their business, and still they don't pursue pirates. Actually they are doing the only useful thing, they are convincig people to buy their games just by providing them with extremely high quality products. It will take some time to persuade everyone, but I'm sure that time will prove them right in the end.

I'm extremely happy be a part of those who supported CDProjekt by buying their amazing game! I actally did it three times, once with TW1 EE, and twice with both collector's edition of TW2 for PC and Xbox 360, and if they will release a different but still extremely good collector's edition for PS3 than I would most likely buy it even if I still don't have that console!

@CLOCKWORKIAN

I bought the game on pc as soon as it came out, even if I already know it wouldn't run on. I knew that sometimes in the future I would buy a new pc so I would be able to play it. Nowadays pc has a shorter lifespan than they did 10-15 years ago and they are cheaper, so it's just a matter of time.Speaking of time, I believe CDP will do a PS3 port, they would never hire another team beacause they want everything to be perfect, but now is appropriate for them to focus on something new or they risk to wast their hard gained popularity.So either you wait for a new PC/MAC, or for the PS3 port. OR like me, you won't be able to wait that long and buy the game again for the 360 (even if you said you won't) xD!!!

in the Arcade Era they used to say that if the game isn't hard enough to make the player want to smash the glass of the arcade, well then the game is not good enough... maybe that's a little too much, but I like the idea and I want my games to be challenging, fair, but challenging. And I mean the normal mode, if its too much they could add the easy or very easy, but a game should be a challenge on normal, :)

I think that if CDP people know that they would be even more proud! The quality of their game conviced you to buy it even if you already have hacked it, this doesn't happen everyday :D

They admit that openly, but they also introduced the Dark Mode for that reason. And if is still too easy you can enable the option wich end the game if you die ;)

they weren't against a release of TW2 on PS3, they said that more than once. But they also stated that they don't want the game to be a bad port of the original, they dedicate a lot of time in making the game as if it was originally created for that platform. Something that they achieve brilliantly with the 360 edition of the game. Of course this requires some time, like all good things :D

you mean to be always online? I don't think they will evere do that, not even if games would be released only in digital copy. First of all their games are single player only, and second and most important, this would be something that may hurt the players and they are strogly against anything that could do something like that. :D

anyone who love games (and I believe gamespot staff do) should be in favor of CDProjekt, they show the world that there are still some companies that place the customer first when they create a game, and they actively stand on the gamer side no matter what. Those reason alone should be enough to support CDP.

Anyway the article isn't biased since it never stated that it was about a comparison with other companies or games, it just reported the news as it is.

they introduced a nicely done tutorial in the enhanced edition. Of course it still remains a game that doesn't continuously hold your hand through the game, but that's a quality not a flaw. The game is not for kids and therefore it doesn't treat you like a child who constantly needs explanation on how to do something nor it presents you with easy fights or challenge for the same reason.
