I formatted my pc and installed the catalyst 12.8 and got the crash again. But I have increased the pcie and ddr3 voltage in the bios. It says plus auto +0.5v 1v and so on Should I increase it further? Does it do any damage?

I have a arctic tripple fan on my 7970. I don't know much about voltages other than too high can damage things.
