It will be weird to look back and think "wow thos graphics were awful, why did we fight about them" even though now they seem very real. Im looking forward to the advances in gaming then.

it wont bes as drastic a change in the new 20 years in graphics. Once the picture becomes photo realistec where does it go from there they can tweek it more and maby introduce VR and make the expirience realer however the graphics themselfs will not improve majorly
i got rome total war the other day and decided to get the lord of the rings mod anyway everything is well then i try to launch the mod and error comes up i am told to fix this error i must reinstall the game to proper dicrectory
so go to install it and it freezes during the prossess so now most of the files are gone i cant uninstall for some reason and the game thinks its installed when only part of it is
i also cannot find it on the add/ remove programs list
I feel like the total war series needs to take a break and get a major overhaul. I think this format has been way overdone by creative assembly.

do you think the total war series needs to head in a direction like company of heroes how could they change it without spoiling their succesful formular.
the total war games are about grand scale and realistic battles.
Oh dear god no, they should never go in a Company of Heroes direction. Total War's battles are all about skill and strategy, the systems in place are deep enough to allow for multiple strategies where units can defeat units that are supposed to effectively "counter" them if used right. CoH is just Rock-Paper-Scissors merged with dice rolls. As a TW fan, I'm loving the demo so far, it feels like a great return to form after the misstep that was Empire.
thats what im saying you can only tweak the formular and add little bits you cant reinvent it
[QUOTE="weezyfb"]neither was evil. They wanted to rule and that is what it takes most of the time weezyfb
the extermination of the jews was not nessesary for Hitler to hold power he already had absolute power he just wanted to create his perfect society it was not acctualy nessesary
nor was stalins for the same reason he went abit to far when it comes to confirming your streanth
germany was a messed up by the treaty, people needed a scapegoat when things are going bad. Hitler wanted to take over the world... many die in this campaign and it is unnecessary most of the time. look at the civillain death toll of Alexander the great, Napoleon etc. The jews were a convenient minority, along with slavs etc.
yes many people died during campains over history however they were not killed on an industrial level like hitler jews were used to help hitler gain power through negative cohesion. However the extermination was not nessesary for him to take power
