Q3 FY08 Sony/EA Revenue:

PS2: $301M

PS3 $102M

PSP $74M

Total Sony Revenue: $477M

How did Sony's competitors manage in comparison? Not well. Thankfully Sony exists in order to keep the industry alive, otherwise we would be witnessing a gaming depression larger than what was exhibited back in the 80's when Atari released E.T. for their gaming system.

Q3 FY08 Nintendo/EA Revenue:

Wii $139M

NDS $122M

Total Nintendo/EA Revenue = $261M

Wait, Wii $139M > PS3 $102M

NDS $122M > PSP $74M

So basically EA gets more money by selling games on the DS and Wii than on the PSP and PS3. How is that good for the PS3? So if EA Games makes a game for PS2 and the Wii, they get more money than for doing it to the PS3 and Xbox 360... (not to mention it'll probably be cheaper and easier).

I saw people playing warcraft 3 on a table like that, it looks like a good way to look for alternatives to the technology.

Nothing should happen, but I don't recomend it. You might forget its in there and might attempt to insert another one, or maybe you move it and could cause problems if the disc is still inside. Don't be so lazy my friend, I'm talking of personal experience.

I liked this game a lot. I don't have a zapper, works perfectly fine. Zapper just makes it a bit easier and a bit more comfortable

You people are confusing Casual and Hardcore gamers with kids, teens and adults. Ain't the same thing.

The problem of the wii is the graphics. No, i'm no graphicwhore - on the contrary, I think the wii is my favorite console. But it's being left out of many great titles because it doesn't have high-end graphics... thats the reason why not having good graphics affects me, not by the visual itself, but because it decreases the ammounts of games we get. There are some producers that gives the wii a chance, but most of the game producers simply skip the wii. In the end, all the best titles we have are some ports and mostly the tiles Nintendo brings us, with some very little exceptions (REUC, MOHH2). Look at Xbox360/PS3, for example, they get games like Assassin Creed, or Oblivion. These 3rd parties could have easily been on the wii if it could support better graphics.

I think Wii's casual gaming is evidence on the graphics. It makes the console cheap. I hope the next gen, they make a similar console, but competing with high-end grapchis. I think if Nintendo had better graphics, it would have been the UBER console.

I would get the one from N64, personally I liked it more. (The second one was a bit more boring)

And yes, the first 2 are RPGs, with Turn-based combats. I liked more the first one. But defenetly, none of them are better than Super Mario RPG (SNES).

Metroid Prime is First Person, but its not a real shooter. You will have shooting sequences, yes, but thats not the main point of the game. You will be exploring, scanning, jumping. You'll enter an area where you notice 2 or 3 paths to take, but only 1 acceessible. By backtracking means, when you take that path, you find a new item (weapons or something) that allows you to go back to that area and access a second path. MP3 is much more linear than MP and MP2, meaning its probably the best Metroid to get started with the saga if you are not used to the Metroid Formula.

Speaking of storyline, yes MP3 is the continuation of MP1 and MP2 and has a lot to do with them (duh!), but other than "what a hell the main "villian" in the game is?", you will pretty much understand everything. And there is nothing like a quick reading through the net to solve any possible incognites from the previous ones.

As for Sci-Fiction. This game is pure Sci-Fic. 100%. Beams, suits that allows you to turn into rolling balls, energy tanks, space pirates, new worlds and creatures, galactic federation and life-sucking metroids are just part of the Sci-fic you'll see. In fact, I think there is nothing in the game thats NOT Sci-Fic. My suggestion: because of your dislikes, I suggest you rent it and try it out. You will either love this game so much, or hate it.
