Why is there differences between my UK Play Station Store and the US one

There are quite a few things the UK store doesn't have

Why and when am i getting Sigma, Calling All Cars, and loads of other that are in usa like Full Auto 2

At the new prices for games i feel determined to get more out of them.

Im getting a ps3 on march 23rd and wondering

1.What broadband speed do i need to play games online?  Ive got 2mb and it will be hooked up wirelessly, is that ok?
2.Wat games are good online?

3.  Especialy interested in the speed needed for resistance

Wat do you mean ps3 can't handle split screen?
