so hopefully everyone knows that shadow run gets reviewed today. My thoughts, don't listen to it. GS will score the game pretty low because, A. they won't like the fact that there is no sp or more gametypes, B. lackluster graphics and c. its sounds like jeff was unimpressed with the magic(if he is reviewing it) which is what makes this game so good. He described shadowrun as CS with magic. Personally, that is a very good compliment, but he didn't say it as a compliment. i think this is BULL S417. gears of war released with thre gamtypes, a very short campain, and only somewhere around nine maps. gears is a great game because it intruduced somthing new to video games and was original. Shadow run is very original and has bigger maps then GOW, more origanal gameplay, and much worse graphics(not everything can be good) its only missing a short, and very unoriginal story mode.

Also don't think of me as bashing GOW, i love the game and play alot, i was just using it as an example that shadow run is just like it, in terms of content.

Mitch Gitelman: Yup.  Two reasons that I know of:

#1 - The reviewers didn't get their copies until Tuesday and they didn't want to half-ass an article on such a deep game.

#2 - They needed to play the game over Xbox Live with real people and there weren't any to play with before the game shipped.

I'm looking forward to seeing some before the weekend.

The game came out may 29, today is the 31st. so it would be 2 days ago..just saying haha 

29th is shipping day, you can pick it up at the store yesterday, the 30th. also i would buy it right now but i'm broke and my 360 died:(

1. Ok so does anyone know when shadowrun is suposed to be reviewed? i usally don't look at reviews until i've played the game but i can't do that (see last question)

2. When does the halo 3 beta end? plaese tell me it lasts for 2 more weeks.

3. My 360 just died. i was wondering how long the repairing process take. i live in california and called saturday and the guy said a box will arive in up to 5 busness days and repairing it will take 10 to 15 buisness days. how long did it take for tose of you that have done before? also i lost the cover that goes where the hard drive is, is that a problem?
