If i can use the PlayStation Now service on my smart TV without the need for a PlayStation console to play PlayStation exclusives does that mean those games are no longer PlayStation exclusives ?

I got R6 seige on Xbox One it comes with R6 Vegas 1-2

i am amazed at how much people are still playing R-6 Vegas co-op online
