At least Halo 5 Guardians used a Dynamic resolution to maintain a locked 60fps frame rate

Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 uses a Dynamic resolution but the frame rate still sucks

Call of duty black Ops 3 runs at a Dynamic resolution on both the PS4 and Xbox One the frame rate is all over the place on both sides but Digital Foundry manages to say the PS4 version is better
