Final Flash
Another one of Vegeta's signature moves (and supposedly the most powerful), he draws his hands back, gathering all of his ki, and thrusts his palms forward, discharging a massive beam of energy towards his opponent.
Vegeta uses this move against Perfect Cell during their battle. Though Cell was significantly more powerful, the sheer amount of energy that Vegeta put into the attack nearly obliterated the overconfident Cell, as well as the entire Earth. Sensing the danger only at the last second, Cell attempted to dodge the beam as the destructive energy disintegrated the ground on which he stood and continued off into deep space. When the dust cleared, Cell had lost his entire upper torso. Despite this, he was able to regenerate himself and continue the fight.
Non-manga usage
In the anime, Vegeta uses this move against the Cell Jr. he is fighting against, but the attack is easily dispatched. He further uses it against Goku while possessed by Babidi (the attack name is heard, but not seen) and then later against a swarm of Buu's while buying time for Goku to charge his spirit bomb.

Bardock
Bardock is a fictional character from the manga Dragon Ball Z and the anime Dragon Ball Z. He is a Saiyan, and the biological father of both Raditz and the hero of the series, Goku.
He is one of the only characters in the series that was introduced in the anime. To be specific, his first appearance was in the Dragon Ball Z television special, released by FUNimation as "Bardock: The Father of Goku". The author of the Dragon Ball manga, Akira Toriyama liked the character so much that he was given a brief appearance in a flashback in the manga itself. (However, except for his existence and the rough outline of what he did, it's arguable if the full events of Bardock's life could be considered canon.)
Bardock also looks exactly like his sons, Goku in his hairstyle, and Raditz with his eyes. He also is a lookalike to the non-canon villain Turles, but is not related.
The Father of Kakarot (better known as Goku), Bardock was the leader of a small group of Saiyan mercenaries who went from planet to planet, conquering the inhabitants with their overwhelming power. They did this in order to prepare the then desolate planets for Freeza to be sold on the Galactic Market. Although originally classed as lower level Saiyans with limited fighting capabilities, Freeza becomes worried about Bardock and his team's steadily increasing physical power. Freeza sends his elites to kill Bardock and his group, but Bardock had stayed behind, recovering from an injury that he recieved earlier while he and his team concurred a planet. Bardock realizes that this injury allows him to see into the future, and he has a vision about his home planet's destruction by the hands of Freeza.
Bardock arrives only to find his team slaughtered. Realizing that this was Freeza's doing, he vows revenge on the tyrant. Bardock is forced to fight an elite of Freeza's named Dodoria, who defeats Bardock and leaves him for dead. But Bardock recovers and returns to Planet Vegeta and tries to warn his fellow Saiyans about the approach of Freeza.
Though severely injured, Bardock is driven by his apocalyptic visions of the future to confront Freeza. It seems that Freeza's concerns were justified; Bardock plows through elite legions of his mercenaries, even briefly getting close enough to launch his special move, the Riot Javelin, at Freeza himself. However, Freeza easily nullifies Bardock's attack and unleashes an even greater attack: his infamous Death Ball; an energy blast so massive and so powerful that it can destroy an entire planet. As Bardock is consumed by the attack, he has a final vision of the defeat of Freeza by the hands of his son who ascends to Super Saiyan.
