I've picked Baldur's Gate II up for about the 10th time. I find the game tedious, and the story uninteresting. Oddly I can't seem to write it off. I think it has pissed me off.

I have the same reaction to any Japanese style console RPG, yet I keep buying and trying them out.

If you have to upgrade anything right now (Not recommended unless you can't play your games the way you want to),get the 8800GT 512MB.Indestructible2

I'm trying to play NWN2 and it doesn't run worth a crap.

See my sig for my current set-up. Still running XP.

I've got ~400 available. I'm only wanting to upgrade if I can get a subtantial inprovement. Frames don't interest me as much as image quality (detail).

I'm runing XP and would need a lot of convincing to change.

The Pro seems the best deal at $350 with two games. I hate having to pay $100 for the wireless adapter. That is a rip off.

I'm buying a 360 strictly as a gaming machine. I don't plan on usung it for movies, musci, etc. I will want to get some games off the marketplace, but I don't plan on gaming online much. I will also want to play some old XBOX games and I've heard you need to download patches to do so?

Can I get by with the arcade? Suggestions?

8 hours in and I'm pretty sure it's not for me. While I can see where it appeals to many I had problems with:

1. Lots and lots of backtracking. I also got lost A LOT, even with a guide.

2. The enemy types are too cartoonish for me. I had a hard time with the whole "spank the monkey" fight to get the boomarang.

3. The lack of voice acting was a pain, especially when you could see their lips move.

I am not giving on Zelda for good. I've considered Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass or Link to the Past. I'll do some research first though.

If I buy a used copy of Bioshock will I be able to install? Furthermore, will I be able to resell it once I'm done?

I just got twlight princess and I've played about 2 hours or so. I just started the section where I can become a wolf....and I just don't get it. I was bored to death running around the village, and the NPCs are odd. Does the game change, or is it just not for me? And what the hell is with the little martian looking guy?

I usually only play a game through once, and this looks like a good idea.
