uncharted wasn't mentioned on any list. Why?
scott_e_42
It should of been listed in the best games for the PS3 section.

Now, what about damage? Well, good news, there are a variety of damage models being tested internally at Polyphony Digital. The challenge is choosing one that isn't hyper-realistic to the point where a single, tiny error destroys your car and throws you out of a race when you've completed 90% of it. Additionally, because Gran Turismo 5 is dealing with hundreds of cars, covering virtually every manufacturer, some car brands still don't want to see their cars getting damaged, while others don't mind. And so the issue is out of Polyphony's hands, forcing them to prevent certain cars from being damaged. So while most should be damageable, there will be some that won't be.
EPIC PHAIL we have here. No denying this. This is truly laughible. LMAO
Totally out of Sony's hands. If they want that car brand in their game, they have to listen to them. I don't see how this is Sony's fault if the car marker is telling them this. Seriously, your blind hate for sony is really sad.
are you that blind fanboy? do you actually BELIEVE sony when it says "some company wont allow it?" let me get this straight, FORZA 2 has almost EVERY car maker in the world, and EVERY car can be damaged, and NO company complained about it, so why did a CAR company changed their mind all of sudden? its not only forza2, it's also forza 1 and also in all the PGR. If you believe sony's lie, name 1 car company that is not mentioned in forza 2 that COULD reject to"crashing car"
if you can't answer, you are PWNED and your BLIND love for sony is really really really sad, to the extreme
It depends on the terms of the licence the game marker has with the car companies. Maybe Sony's contracts with these car markers is different then the one Forza has. I follow the WWE games closely and sometimes THQ/yukes aren't allowed to put in content because the WWE objects to it. I remember a few years ago the NFL has an issue with Midway about the level of violence in the Blitz series, Midway was asked to tone it down and because, at that time they want to keep their NFL licence, they had to do. This has nothing to do with being a fanboy, it has more to do with the terms of contract the game markers have with companies. It's part of doing business with a brand name and part of having/keeping a licence.

I do not hate Sony i just like to speak the truth keep it real and this is a JOKE for GT5 fans and you all know it. No spinning this.
It's EPIC PHAIL
I guess you have no idea how licence's with companies work. Sony could try and speak to these companies about letting damage control on their cars, but if they don't want it, and Sony wants these cars in their game, what is Sony do to? Their kind of at the mercy of the car makers. If the NHL for example wanted EA for remove fighting from NHL2020, EA would have to do it, why? because they still want to keep that licence.
