The problem mith MS is that they are assuming by default that every user of their CrapBox is a low-life that needs to be checked-in every hour as if a prisoner, making they feel authoritarian and restrictive. Trust with the consummer is lost, and once that happens the relationship ends and the customer feels betrayed. RIP Xbox.
