Yes. If you play the second game first, you'll have no idea who some of the characters are, and what happened in the first game, so complete the first one first, and then go out and buy the second.
I think it looks really good, read it for yourself. Surprised at the higher score, I thought it would score lower, but this is in my wish list for sure!
