Honestly MH series is pretty addicting. Im 100% sure the west will freaking adopt it.
Its just sooooo pathetic how Capcom doesnt realize if they put it on next get Ps3/360 and have online gaming on PSN/.XBL that they will finally break into the western market.
Not sure if they just want to keep doing JPN only with limited US/EU release. Man up do a next gen stop being dumb and cheap
MS and Sony are doing the same. Until a competitor arrives in the console market that will steal their thunder why release something new? Wii U doesnt seem to be an advance competitor in the hardware department. So... maybe another 2 years before even seeing anything
@DarthLod Ya i miss WW2 theme. I was actually shocked to see BF 3 go modern day. I mean with MOH, BC, and COD and BF2 being modern day i was thinking noooo way BF 3 is going to be modern day shooter. Theres too many on the market. Plus im sure DICE will pay homage to its origins BF 1942. Nope another modern day shooter in the market with another boring mindless singleplayer campaign.
Then i hoped ok ok DLC. Frost bite engine is sooooo amazing. No word so far.
Tom should of approached these developers and just say;
so why are you making FPS military games so linear and arcadish?
Basically it seems modern day developers have become so narrow minded that they think that there MUST be regenerating health, there MUST be a narrow pathway to take you on a story.
FUN > Realism. But whos says that regeneration health and all this super unrealistic gameplay is the only way to have fun?
There is very little to no tactics used in these games now in days. 2001 had Hidden And Dangerous 2. And in that game you give advance commands very easily to your squad. And it worked great. And on top of that missions can be carried out in numerous amount of ways. So in 2001 you had complex missions with complex AI. Now you just got got from point A to point B and watch scripted events.
